Had a great visit this morning. The cashier was very friendly. Even made sure I had all my cutlery before I left. Thank you for thr extra touch!

Bombest fast food chain I’ve ever eaten at! 99 cents tacos! What? You can’t beat that. Also, the customer service is pretty top notch I recommend everyone to go check this place out and do your self and your family a favor and eat great for once

Never had a problem here they are awesome. I come here often when I’m in the area and I swear that girl on the drive thru always remembers me I think that pretty cool. Good is fresh and good when ordered

Normally I am ok with coming to this Jack in the Box but my last experience was terrible. We had coupons that we had received in the mail so we decided to use them. We were served by Steven and he seemed annoyed that we were using our coupons. He had an attitude and he definitely made it obvious that he didn’t want to be there. He made us feel like we were not welcomed there too. Our food was cold and it felt like there was no effort put into our order. The cheese on one of the sandwiches wasn’t even melted. My bacon cheddar potato wedges barely had any cheese or bacon on it and it was cold as well… it was like they had all of this sitting around and they just wanted to get rid of it. The only thing that was good was the iced coffee… glad that was cold. At least the manager seemed decent. Horrible experience and I am very disappointed. I know it is fast food but the could have at least tried… Oh and be aware that plenty of homeless people go through there asking for money… I think they are trying to handle that but they(the homeless people) are very persistent and sometimes get angry… not very fun being harassed by people. By far the worst location I have been to.

This place is horrible! Was at this location around 9pm I ordered my food asked for curly fries, and instead got regular fries. So I walked back in and told the girl«Blanca» that I had gotten curly fries showed her my receipt she then tells her coworker«mario» ‘told you they ordered curly fries.‘He than approaches me and snatches my receipt out of my hands and rolls his eyes and hands me it back. I am appalled at how rude and disrespectful these employes are! After receiving my correct fries I go to my car and see the«manager» go up to blanca and start talking to her at which she is just staring at me in my car and her manager then looks, making me feel like if I did something wrong or their talking about me. So then I decide you know what let me go in and asked all there names and call corporate. So I walk back in Blanca being rude to the guest in front of me I walk to the manager who was cleaning and asked her name she responded why !!! I than replied after looking at her name badge ‘Grishia you’re employees are rude and disrespectful. What are there names because I’m calling corporate?’ She replied ‘why are you calling corporate !?’ So I replied again with the same answer what are you’re associates names? She then tells me Blanca and Mario. I proceeded to walk away but than remembered I needed the store number. As I turned around to ask Blanca(who was still cashiering) what was her store number she replied with an attitude ‘idk !’ I responded ‘you don’t know you’re own store number’ she replied ‘no I don’t !‘not even asking her coworkers or ‘Grishia’(manager) so Grishia was standing behind the counter and so I asked her excuse me grishia what’s you’re store number and she gives it to me. I myself work in retail and know how stressing it could be but having an attitude treating customers like scums is not how we as PAYING customers should be treated. Since I’m actually helping paying their paycheck(s). I should feel appreciated and welcomed and they should atleast reply«thank you» this place is in need with better management. I myself will still be calling corporate.

This location is by far, THEWORST location I’ve ever had the unfortunate«privilege» of dining in at. Transients come in and out of this location freely all day long asking for water cups and then filling them with soda. And the whole place smells like they mopped with a urine soaked mop. Is it the transients or did they really mop with a bucket full of piss? I don’t know, and I don’t care. I’m not saying to kick the homeless out, nor to deny them free water, BUT, ALL customers should be taken into consideration, especially the paying ones.

They forget something EVERY single time whether it be a food item or a straw, it’s always something. Get it together people, working at a fast food drive thru should not be this complicated.

They can not get a tea order ever correct. I hate to see if I ordered something to eat, one time my husband drove home and all teas were incorrect and he had to drive back which was abt a 10 minute drive. There attitude was they didnt care, we also emailed corporate several time and they don’t care. Don’t go here unless you want your order constantly screwed up. Worse customer service ever

Horrible. This is the first Jack in the Box I’ve been to that I didn’t like anything. My burger was cold, the lettuce in the burger was soggy, my fries were stale and cold, my tacos were soggy and cold, and the jalapeño poppers for decent. but everything I had you can tell has been sitting there for a long time. Never going back and I recommend anyone who hasn’t been here stay away.

I used to be an everyday customer here but since I came 2 nights ago and got horrible service from both the staff and the manager, I refuse to waste my money here. I got off work late and was starving so I decided to treat myself to some jacks. I noticed drive thru was sooooo long and I mean it was long, so I decided to dine in, which closes @12. I was in line @ exactly 11:30 with about 4 other customers behind me &1 in front. They were having a pretty busy night, and coming from myself who works at a customer service place I understood the rush of a busy night so I didn’t mind at all waiting. The female staff there asked us to hold one minute as she walked to the back to help get the meals together. As 12 o’clock came a chubby female employee walks out and locked all the doors, she then walked to the back and whispered to the manager(white, chubby, mexican man) about kicking out the customers who were waiting in line. The manager then comes to the register and asks if we were going to order. The guy in front of me said yes with a smile & the manger then replied«Oh, well I can’t take your order» All of us customers then got mad and repreatedly said we’ve been waiting in like for over 15 mins, way before the doors got locked. The manager then says«its 12:05 drive thru only» and walked away to let a female employee who was in charge of drive thru handle the situation for him. Last I checked wasn’t he the manager? & also why didn’t the female employee who asked us to hold for a min step up to say that she asked us to hold before the doors were locked. So anyways we all left with no food in our hands and mad. I will never ever waste my time & money here. And I’m not a person to hope for someone to lose their job, but I really hope that manager loses his manage position!

I came here for one thing and one thing only: the Jumbo Breakfast Platter. First of all, I love the orderly presentation. It’s mini pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and bacon strips arranged into three neat sections. I’m a sucker for appealing presentations, and this blows the McDonald’s breakfast presentation out of the water. Second of all, those mini pancakes are crazy cute. The complementary maple syrup made a wonderful partner to them. If I really felt like getting a sugar high, I would have drank the whole container. Third of all, the savory parts of the breakfast tasted pretty good. Unfortunately, the eggs were stale. I think that was done on purpose so customers could season according to their taste, which is fine. I particularly loved the hash browns, because I just have a general affinity for tater tot-style hashbrowns. They were strangely hidden under the bacon strips, which I found unfair. The bacons were a’ight. Fourth of all, I’d like to apologize to the employee I accidentally ignored. She was saying her nice«Thank you, come again» spiel to me, but I just picked up the tray and walked away mid-sentence. So sorry. I’ll let you say it uninterrupted next time. So rude of me. I don’t know why this is called Jack In The Box Drive Thru because there’s an obvious dine-in establishment. Fix it, Unilocal! This is broken!

Totally hyped up gringa at the drive thru! So positive! Made my intestines tingly with her sugary kindness. :) Giving Jack 4 stars just for the quick and friendly service here! [Those jumbo platters ain’t bad if you don’t mind eating a whole day’s worth of calorie content!]

I agree with April. Those guys LAAAAAAAAAG. And also after you get your order from the drive through, make sure you check your bag to see if you have everything. 25% of the time, your probably missing your fries or something else.
