Carl’s Jr

I thought the people were pretty friendly. It was clean and the food was great !

The food at Carl’s Jr was great. The service was good as well. I would suggest this eating establishments to anyone for a good burger

Great service, friendly, clean restaurant and the food is always fresh. I catch myself here many times because everyone is very friendly and they always have a great deal

I came to this Carl’s Jr. because it’s the closest one to my house. It must be still relatively new considering that it doesn’t come up on Google maps but of course it come out on Unilocal.Before entering I looked it up and read all the terrible reviews on here. All bad, and it has only one star on Unilocal.So before I even came in I was already judging the place.
— no cars in the drive through
— no cars in the parking lot
Ok so I went inside and found
— it was pretty clean
— only saw two employees (so maybe they need more for when it gets busy)
— they greeted me nicely and took my order
I then timed how long it would take them,
— it only took 3 minutes for my food to come out and it was delicious (ok ok ok, I mean for Carl’s Jr standards haha)
All in all, I’m guessing I’m not the only one that has had a good experience here, however most people don’t really think to write a positive review on something as dumb as a Carl’s Jr.
But if people have a bad experience, and for sure they all quick to review.
I’m not giving 5 Stars because I reserve my 5Star rating for BOMB places.

So first off the service was unbelievably slow, and there wasnt much of a crowd. The employees were obviously confused and stood there starimg at the food, not knowing what to do with it.
When the food finally came, it was hard, stale, not warm and sloppily thrown together. They even put the fries in upside-​down for whatever reason.
Overall this was not a good experience and I should have heeded the other reviews. I won’t be coming back to this location again, and I suggest going elsewhere or to a different location if you’re passing by.

My burger looked so gross. Extremely messy. Drive thru rep. was slow, I had to repeat it over and over n over.

I got an all natural burger and I got some nasty cheese. It was old, rubbery, would not melt. They were also told no onions and no pickles, due to I AM ALLERGIC to both of them. I did not check it this time and got a grouse mouthful. Even worse i wound up eating them both. I am showing symptoms of a allergic reaction and not doing so well. If you have allergies do not go there. I do not think they care. Because the order takers interrupt you while you are trying to tell them your order… They are always asking if you want anything else as soon as they hear you start to speak…

It’s nice to finally have a Carls Jr. in the area; however, I’m not sure if I’ll be coming here again. It’s twice that I’ve witness them mess up an order. First, they forgot to give me the milkshake I ordered. Now, they forgot to give us fries along with the $ 7 combo we purchased. To add to that, they do not even provide receipts. Unreliable service.

Service was bad. My Milkshake was doubled cupped because they messed up making it and by them doing that it was more cream than shake to try to correct the issue. Also, I hate pulling out of the drive threw to wait for my meal, I felt disrespected. It was the first day they opened the store but if this becomes a normal thing I will not be coming back. I went midday around 4ish. I hope the store gets better as my service wasnt what I expected from Carl’s Jr.
