5 star service from this Verizon wireless retailer. I ran In here in such a rush this morning to get a phone turned back on. There were other customers in there so I thought I had to wait. But thankfully another associate came out from the back! Brandy was on it fast and got the job done. I was in and out… As I wanted to because I was in sweats and hair tied from doing house chores and was not presentable to be in public. She even gave me a call to make sure the phone was re activated and working fine for me. That’s customer service. No small talk, just getting the job done 100.

Great Experience! Bilal Baig made updating 2 phones, adding another and updating our account painless while saving us money! All together we got 4 devices. Great store and I’m never going to any other store including the crazy corporate stores fully packed and having me wait in line as if I am just a number. Only reason I am with verizon still is because of this store. You guys rock at Pomona

I’m pretty sure a customer should at least be acknowledged when walking in and employees are with other customers. I got help after maybe 10 minutes, and when I asked about my phone… The lady seriously just rolled her eyes. Wish I would’ve got her name. All of the Verizon employees I’ve come across at OTHER stores are beyond nice! Not coming back.

Waited for 20 minutes to purchase a simple screen protector. Ended up walking out after the one salesman was unable to accommodate us, due to the two other customers in the store. understaffed, understocked, and not very business savvy. Would have given it one star, but I felt bad for the ONE employee that was doing his best.
