Disappointed with the new smaller containers since less amount of food is served but the prices remain the same. Smh

This place, good and customer service is great!!! Our family eats here all the time, fresh fast tasty and just straight up bomb!!! We recommend this spot thank you panda!!! And team!

Panda Express is Panda Express… Mediocre inauthentic Chinese food so I won’t waste time reviewing the food. What does irritate me is twice in a row now they’ve been out of brown rice. I’m not running in right before closing, they need to plan better for their demand. If they ran out of white rice they’d make more. Not cool. The one in Walnut always has brown rice.
Also, the service here is very hit and miss. Tonight they were friendly and efficient enough but I’ve been there times where employees are standing there talking to each other instead of plating food. I’ll be going to the Walnut one for sure now.

I was disappointed in their Kung pao chicken today. There was a lot of fat and it did not have its usual spicy taste. Not sure if I’ll go there again.

1 star because I’ve been waiting to write this review in hopes that they may «redeem» themselves. Every time that I have been to this Panda Express, something has gone wrong with our order, Every time! I will say drive through service is usually pretty speedy and when it’s not, they have us wait in the parking lot for it, but I’m pretty sure it’s speedy because they aren’t giving us half of what we order. First couple times, parts of the order were a little mixed up, i.e. Giving us fried rice instead of steamed rice, just small things that were overlooked. The last couple times we went, they had forgotten to give us parts of the meal that we were charged for. Last time they didn’t give us one of our drinks and then it was missing spring rolls and tonight, I pulled my box out and it felt quite light. Opened it up and I had my rice, chow mein and my 2 entrée meat was missing. How do you forget the entire meat portion of the meal? We would have gone back but it’s a ten minute ride and my boyfriends food would have been cold by the time we drove there and came back. Not happy with this place and I would strongly suggest checking your bags before you leave their drive through as I will be doing from now on. The only reason we even go to this Panda Express is because our chino hills location closed down with the vons that it was inside of! Boo

Unfortunately, I’m forced to give it one star. Simply put:
Food is terrible
Food is overpriced
And then when I just forked out 17.00 for two bowls, I’m asked if I want to donate to a children’s hospital. When I say «no», the girl at the window gives me a dirty look.
I’m going there to get food, not to get solicited. It’s a big turn off to be asked for donations at a food joint.
Also, they wont give you soy sauce or chili sauce unless you ask for it. They should at least ask you if you would like some.

WOW! 1^st visit to this location food was OK paid an extra 1.25 for half portion of Pacific Shrimp? The service was the worst I have ever received 2 girls behind the counter speaking Spanish to each other criticizing customers? Not the sharpest sticks in the wood pile thinking no one else speaks Spanish!!! Will never recommend this location.

Service is great but I don’t like that they always ask for a donation for there own yearly tax benefit! Stop asking for a donation

I just picked up a last-​minute order from this Panda Express.
I wanted three party trays of the noodles for a party tomorrow.
The party was at 10:00 AM, and I was knew that I could not leave to pick up the order tomorrow. I called the Rio Rancho Panda, and Ryan handled my order.
He not only made the noodles fresh, but he cooked them a little less so that I could re-​heat the noodles tomorrow morning. He had the trays ready for me within 15 minutes, and was very efficient and polite.
I highly recommend this Panda.
I have lived in the city of Pomona for over 33 years, so I like to let others know when a local business and their employees do a good job.

This convenient location proved to have a pleasantly friendly staff. Located right off the freeway, it is the closest Panda Express to Chino. Thankfully the server, Kason, was knowledgable and helped me to decode what my wife had requested. He was quick without being rushed, and served perfect portions. He even got a fresh pan of chow mien when he probably could have scraped together a serving from the previous one. I was surprised after reading the previous reviews about terrible service, but I’m glad I didn’t let that make me drive any further than I had to.

I hate it when you put a order in through the drive thru and you ask for a drink and you leave there without your drink but you have your food. They always had your your food like here that’s it bye. Then I get confused and forget to ask for my drink

The rice had really hard clear grains. I don’t know if that is because it is old or because it was cooked too long. The teriyaki chicken is a bit too dry. The rangoons are pretty good and so is the orange chicken.

The food is good, it’s a clean place but what you 0aod for the portions they give u, it’s a bit disappointing, I’ve been to other pandas and not that I want too much but a decent serving yes

Friendly workers. Always willing to give your samples so you know which entrée you want to order. Fast friendly and clean

Ryan @ Panda Express helped make our Company Christmas party go off without a hitch. In fact, he didn’t only get our original order done quickly … but he also was able to turn around another large order for us quickly when we noticed we didn’t have enough food.
Great customer service and we’ll be sure to use them for future company parties!

Staff was rude when my little sister tried to ask for a sample, it was her first time there and she’s really picky so she wanted to try it before i bought it for her. I got walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The orange chicken and rice were good, the one that was really disappointing was the walnut shrimp. All my 6 pieces were so hard like they had been recycled! I’m not one to waste time and get and exchange. I’m not coming here again. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Service is garbage and on top of that when i went through the drive through, they gave me 4 little pieces of orange chicken and a couple of drops for my second entrée like what am i suppose to eat i payed 8 bucks, this other Chinese place near my work which is far from home puts all rice and chowmein on one have of to go box and the two entries fill up the cover ps never going here wish i could give zero stars here

Seriously next to the Irvine location on Barranca this one is so nice and clean! I’ve never been to such a spacious and clean Panda Express! The minute we got through the door, we were immediately greeted! My sister stopped here on a whim for me on the way to the freeway after getting her fish fix, I hate fish so it was my turn to eat and we stopped here, BTW this is a new shopping center and everything is extremely nice!
I went for the kids meal since I don’t eat a lot of food these days (surprising LOL) My orange chicken was SUPER DUPER FRESH! I had just enough food and was content! My chicken wasn’t hard or chewy, just fresh! Also the staff was in a good flow and peoples food was moving to the cashier which made the line move faster! I also got an order on the cream cheese Rangoons and they were delicious!
Overall I’d definitely come back to this location when I’m in the area! Good food and fast service!

The place is nice, clean and employees are friendly. But we have to eat in our car cuz the air conditioner was on and completely freeze the place. I ask to turn down but they can’t cuz the thermostat was locked. Come on management!

This panda is new and quite clean and spacious! There is a moderate sized seating area and it’s located in a relatively new shopping center with ample parking.
That being said, this is your regular panda express. Not anything especially noteworthy nor bad about the staff. It was everything you would expect from a panda express. lol, I’m not looking for the best service but this definitely wasn’t a bad experience.
Also, the sesame chicken was quite good and crunchy :) I do enjoy a bit of americanized chinese food every now and then and panda satisfies.
