Today I when 2 pollo loco.1 time there. I eat a traditional ck combo comes with rice and beans grill ck and Pico d Gallo. Really good price and the food was delicious … good job.

im a fan of the food… the 4 stars is for the food ONLY!!! now the front end is GARBAGE!!! you order broccoli and they give you beans! you order mix they give you leg and thigh … like bitch are you deft, blind, stupid!!! for real! pay freaking attention to what the hell your doing!!! its been more than 5 times i have to go back and freaking complain to these stupid people… and even tho the manager is the one that«helps» the bitch cant even run a proper front end and have the kids who work there pay freaking attention to what they are doing! its so annoying and a shame because i love this location they cook the chicken great! the fixed up the restaurant really nicely! its a great area… but man that front end just makes me want to call quits to this location!!! STEPITUP!

Don’t waste your time. People who work the window are short and rush your order. Also… They ask what kind of salsa you want and that’s just a joke — they’re gonna give you 2 red and 2 green no matter what you say.

Place is clean and close by. Its another variety of chicken prep. I love their classic salad, creamy cilantro dressing and avocado. Its a great place if you want a touch of El Pollo Loco! There chicken is tasty.

Pleasant dining experience at this fast food Pollo Loco. I was was very impressed when an employee approached me with a tray of hand wipes m, salt, pepper, tooth picks and asked if I was in need of anything extra. What the?! First time I’ve ever experienced such detailed customer service.

I normally don’t write reviews on fast food however my visit last night left me quite impressed. As soon as I walked in, I was genuinely greeted by 3 employees. I was indecisive about what I wanted and the cashier let me take my time. I settled for the chicken avocado salad and it was quickly prepared. This location was really efficient. Everything in my salad was fresh and tasty.

Manager Juan was being rude. I asked a worker if I can have a salsa cup and he asked manager Juan and he said we couldn’t have one. I had to ask him myself and he gave me a dirty look after I asked him. I love Pollo Loco but this was the worse experiences I’ve ever had there.

Today I had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco! Service was excellent and the 10 piece chicken meal was good. This is a definite improvement. For a change, the cashier was courteous and friendly(she was the manager) and I was offered one additional free side with the combo meal purchased. I liked receiving a special offer at the register without having to clip silly coupons. The salsa bar was clean and stocked. Service was fast. I hope they keep up the great service and cleanliness.

It’s neither the best nor is it the worst food I’ve ever had. Customer service can use some shaping up, I didn’t really have a bad experience at the store however, I just felt the unhappiness of some employee’s that work at this fast food chain. I know it’s fast food but money is money. I understand now why some companies really push their employees to smile as part of their routine or script, it makes the customer service experience that much different.

Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a bean and cheese burrito. I pulled over in the parking lot to put salsa on it. When I opened the burrito, it was bean and rice. I parked the car and walked into the restaurant. The place was crazy busy. I felt funny stepping in front of all the people there, but told the cashier I received the wrong item. She grabbed my burrito, through it in the trash and went back to get me the correct order. A couple minutes later, she hands me my burrito. Don’t even remember an apology. On my way out to the car, I open the burrito to check it out… just in case and sure enough it was not what I ordered. I went back into the restaurant, back to the counter and I’m looking for a manager. Just happened to catch him. He was very flippant and said he’d make another one. I explained that this was the second time it was made incorrectly. He really didn’t care. He told the same woman, as before, to get me another one. She threw the old one in the trash and a couple minutes later came up with another burrito, which was finally correct on the THIRDTRY. She asked for my receipt and I thought she was going to refund my money but she wrote a note on it so that I could get a free burrito next time. NEXTTIME??? TERRIBLESERVICETHEYCOULDREALLYCARELESSABOUTME, THEIRCUSTOMER, ANDWASTINGMYTIME! i DON’T PATRONIZEESTABLISHMENTSTHATDON’T VALUEMYBUSINESS.

The rating is not for the preparation of the food and the taste but rather the management and order preparation and availability of menu items. We use the take-out at least once a week and over the last two weeks we have had problems with wrong items being put in the bag and menu items not being available because they are out of ingredients needed to make the menu item. Will just head some place else on those nights we would have had El Pollo Loco.

Came here last night through the drive thru and ordered an 8pc chicken meal, I was told they ran out of Chicken and it’d take 20 minutes! It was 8pm, who wants to wait 20 minutes when they’re starving. So, came back the next day(today) at 7pm and ordered a 16pc only to be told the same thing! They ran out of chicken and it’s going to take 10 minutes! How ridiculous is this?! How does this constantly keep happening?! This is absurd! Get it together, be prepared, plan ahead! Consumers shouldn’t have to tell you how to run your business!

Never one to write a bad review about a restaurant… But this location has repeatedly given me problems. I usually ask for a side of the creamy cilantro dressing in the drive through and in the dining room, and they never give it to me. Just 1 small side of it, not asking for much. On my last visit yesterday, the same thing happened. So I parked and went inside to get one. I stood on a wet dirty floor at the counter for about 10 minutes and no on acknowledged me. The manager was by the grill and greeted another customer in Spanish. Little do they know that even thought I may not look Hispanic, I speak fluently. I even heard them talking about me, to which the woman bagging orders said«he’s from the drive thru.» Even after that, nothing. I finally got fed up and asked that same woman«if you get a second can you help me?» She said, «oh you needed help?» You have got to be kidding me, right? I asked for my one small side of dressing, and walked out. Needless to say I’m never coming back. Rude, racist, un-helpful employees work here. Drive the extra mileage to go some other location. They’ve even done the same thing when my gf & I were dining inside and she went to ask for something. Nothing. I hope they read this review, they need to know that they are the reason this location is the worst. Cheers.

Fire roasted charbroiled seasoned chicken! Who doesn’t love the taste and flavors of El Pollo Loco! Adequate number of staff to support a positive dining experience from drive-thru, walk-up, cleanliness, condiments, etc. Service is friendly, courteous and attentive. Great option to pick up and go and avoid cooking/cleaning at home during the busy work week!

The food is ok! But the service tonight was muy bueno! I got to use two coupons but ssshhhhh! ;) I got away with a burrito, 2 carnitas bowls and a chicken tortilla soup for $ 15! Not bad since my total was going to be over $ 20.(not all for me!) The carnitas chicken burrito was bleh. Not going to get it again. I’m sticking with the poblano. Overall, I will come here again when I’m starving and refuse to cook because my stomach is eating itself from hunger.

I love going to El Pollo Loco because it’s a nice alternative to the less healthy, but equally as delicious, fried poultry version. This location though is slow as hell. even when they aren’t busy! I’ve had my order messed up several times and they’re never apologetic, just oh, we forgot something? Eh ok here. So definitely don’t come here for their service. Food is ok but you can tell they treat it with the same tender-loving care they treat their customers with. I say just go to the supermarket and buy a whole roast chicken and pick up some tortillas; you’d probably get better food and service this way: P
