Jersey Mike’s Subs

Been here three times and all three were a disappointment. They screw up every order, forget toppings and barely put any meat. We are done with this place and will only buy sandwiches from subway and Phillies best from now on. Seriously how do you continue to mess up making a sandwich???

After today’s visit I had to change my review, they are no longer 5 stars in my book. My bf and I were just here at 330, he went inside to order us our sandwiches. Ordered a #9 Mikes way with NO TOMATOES and a Cali club with just mayo. They took forever to make the sandwiches and they made them WRONG! The Cali club was DRY because the girl never put mayo on even after repeatedly telling her and my #9 had tomatoes and the most raw roast beef ever! The roast beef was so raw and disgusting that it was turning my turkey red, no it wasn’t the wine vinegar either I get this sandwich all the time, and made my sandwich reeked of raw meat! Such horrible service coming from this place! And the girl making the sandwiches was supposedly the manager who kept complaining to my bf how she hates her job and can’t wait to leave! Really unprofessional, will not be coming back. I’ll take the drive to Chino Hills where they are much more professional and always get our sandwiches right!

Yummy subs made the jersey mike way! Great location. Love the new spot and easy parking.

Unfriendly service, no mini bread, didn’t offer or bother 2 cut one 2 make a mini, stale food. Boo 4 Jersey Mikes in Phillips Ranch.

My first and worse experience at jersey mikes. The two girls working there were rude and did NOT ask me what I wanted when it came to weather I wanted a cold or hot sub. I ordered a BLT since it was my first time there and I assumed they warmed up the bread and all. This girl looked at me and said «is this al you want?» And pretty much threw both pieces of bread together. I was so confused! I was waiting for my boyfriend to get his sub, while I was paying for both subs. Paid $ 18 for 2 subs, no drink, no chips.
I’ve worked at a restaurant for years and I know what it’s like to COMMUNICATE and ASK question when people seem confused.
These girls/​ladies DID NONE OF THAT.
I took one bite of my sub and that’s all. Ended up eating half of my boyfriends sub.
I left super upset and will never go back!
Will stick to my subway or Quiznos.

This is the worst location I have been to. I recommend driving to the location off central. The employees don’t understand the menu or how to talk to customers. I have been here several times and every time there is an issue. From the wrong bread with accusations from the employee that I ordered wrong to just flat out being skipped when orders are taken. Ive also been told that dont make make a sandwich which i get at other locations all the time. I know they are a new location but that excuse only goes far. I hope they get new staff soon or better training.

Everyone is very friendly and nice. They have the best subs available! Food is very fresh, tasty, and delicious. I recommend this place! Come check them out

This was mine and my husband’s second time at this place and both times were great experiences. The sandwiches were fresh and exceeded our expectations (way better than Subway). Employees were polite and welcoming. My husband and I definitely plan on returning.

I went there a week ago and thought I’d try one of those sandwiches I was kind of done with Subway sandwiches and wanted to change upon arrival on your first visit you receive a cookie I order the 12 inch tuna sandwich and I also order number 9 it was delicious, it was so much meat on it, I ate on it for 2 days, it’s brand new just opened give it a try the meat is cut on order not pre cut like Subway everything there was fresh I will go back and try it again you know first week or two or maybe in a month the food is delicious I’m going to give it two months and then I’m going to go back in September and see are they still serving the same portion size. I will repost at the end of September so read it and I’ll let you know because I love good food. I pay for it, I want it good, don’t you feel the same?

First time trying a Jersey Mike’s Subs. They just opened a newer location not far from my office, and had been wanting to try it out.
I ordered my usual sandwich, which I get at all the sandwich places, (Subway, Togos, etc). I ordered a regular pastrami, with cheese. I explained I am a picky eater and just wanted the meat (pastrami), cheese, and bread. No sauce, nothing else. Pretty simple I thought.
Took quite a while, and my sandwich was not made in front of me, but in the back somewhere on the grill. Ok, whatever. Picked up my sandwich, paid, and went back to the office. When I unwrapped it, I noticed it was a little different than most pastrami’s that I have had. I took my first bite and bit into a jalapeño. There were also peppers and onions on the sandwich. The cheese was more like a cheese sauce, and not an actual slice like they showed in the display case. I think I got someone’s philly cheese steak sandwich, even though I asked if it was a plain pastrami. The meat certainly didn’t taste like pastrami.
Overall, I ate it as I was hungry, but if I order something, I like to get what I order. It tasted alright, but kind of hard to rate when you don’t get what you order. I’ll chalk it up to them being brand new. I am sure at some point I will try it again, but I am not eager to go back.

First time!!! The two Jersey Mike employees were very friendly. The temperature was right since it’s 90 Degrees outside. We ordered the Club Supreme, and Original Italian. Everything was freshly made and meat cut to order. We tried the sweet tea which was just right not over sweet. Since it was our first time we got 2 Free Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Parking outside is great. We were very satisfied customers leaving them a $ 5.00 tip and employee asked us if were sure! We will be back to this location.

They have great subs. You can get them hot or cold. I have tried 5 so far I’m going to try them all, that’s how good they are. The people that work here are great at customer service. They make you feel welcomed as soon and you walk in the door. They are fast with getting your sub done and it always taste great.

Great friendly customer service provided by Myra and Monica. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately acknowledged by the staff. These ladies were on top of their game. Not sure why this store has been given bad reviews, but after reading the previous comment from one person whose office had placed an order sounds like he had a soggy sandwich. I can’t image a large office order is easy to keep everyone happy. Not sure how his sandwich was ordered, but when we order a large number of sandwiches for our office, we get our oil and vinegar on the side to prevent this from happening. Glad to see a Jersey Mike’s en route to my home, I’ll be stopping by more frequently for a quick meal.

Not sure how a place that specializes in subs is able to ruin a simple sub (or maybe someone was just plain incompetent)
My work ordered subs for lunch and decided to go with jersey Mikes today. Once the subs got to the Office I pulled my order out of the bag and the whole sub just slipped through the paper wrapper/​bag. Didn’t think anything of it so I grabbed a plate for the sub (still wrapped in foil) went to the lunch room and opened the wet foil just to find I had a soggy sub for lunch…
I’ve had jersey Mikes before for lunch and have never encountered this issue. Not sure if there’s a new worker or what but this lunch had to be one of the worst lunches I’ve ever had.

I love my friendly neighborhood Jersey Mike’s! The delicious sandwich franchise decided to open in South Pomona. Hooray! The menu is the same as any other Jersey Mike’s that you’ve been to. The exception here however, is that the employees are very friendly and nice. I love that any employee I have ever dealt with there always strikes up a conversation with me. It’s a small location but tidy. My only complaint is I did buy a cookie once and it was hard. Boo! Other than that, keep doing what you’re doing South Pomona Jersey Mike’s!

Got skipped, ignored and they took forever with the customers ahead of me, talking about how slow they have been and blah blah blah! Uh there’s other customers here! The kid that started my sandwich but never finished decided to make the customers sandwich that was behind me while the girl finishing up the one ahead of me was yapping to the other customer about how slow it’s been. I will return and hopefully they weed out the employees and bring the Jersey Mike customer service standard that I know of, to Pomona!

Brand spanking new I’m the first check and I thought. Friendly service the minute you walk in. sandwiches very good portion for regular. I’m impressed
