Jack In The Box

THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TRASH!!! I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! A LONG PUBIC HAIR IN MY FOOD IS NOT WHAT I WANTED WHEN I ORDERED A NUMBER 1. I’m done with fast food completely. Im ashamed of myself for ever thinking that a JACK N THE BOX in Pomona ca could get it right, what trash. Lol and when I drove back to make a complaint I was meet with sarcasm and told to call corporate and they also threatened to call the police. Hey JACK, your employees at the Pomona/​mission are a bunch of undereducated dirty disrespectful go no where in life people. I DONT COUPONS. I WANT A GODAMN REFUND

Horrible experience. I ate here at 2:50pm on Sunday 8÷2÷2015. This the worst Jack I’ve ever been too. The employees were arguing loudly and creating a very uncomfortable environment to eat. Food took forever, then we were told they forgot to make curly fries so we had to wait even longer. On top of it the table we ate at was dirty and I had to clean it myself, and the bathroom was disgusting. I never leave Unilocal reviews, but this place literally made me want to leave 1 star. Never again.

Waited twenty mins cause of my «custom order». When I told them I didn’t have a custom order in the drive thru, she got my order fast.
Got to work and it’s the wrong order.

What a sad little Jack-​in-​the-​Box. We stopped here solely to use the bathroom off of the 71. The women’s was occupied so I tried the men’s room. There was poop on the toilet seat. Yuck. So I waited for the women’s room. I did order a small item since we used the bathroom. While waiting, I noticed that the tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor of the dining area, despite there being no customers at the time. The woman behind the counter was just leaving against it with nothing to do. It was very sad. I would not choose to eat here.

I know I know why do i go back if it’s so bad. Only place close to my office and I have to eat or I get sick. Ordered 2 tacos no sauce. They put sauce. They just don’t listen.

Normally I am pretty satisfied with Jack in the Box, but today, no. The service was so slow here. I saw my order just sitting there and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes just for them to hand it to me. In addition to this, I think their employees park in the prime parking for customers which is absolutely rediculous. This place needs new management or something.

Well it seems that after a long relationship, me and this jack just went separate ways. Whoever the manager or supervisor was at the time treated me like I was some sort of idiot, telling me they have never served me something at a certain time when I told her clearly that I been to this location countless of times and they did serve me what I wanted. How she gonna tell me what I was or wasn’t served !? I can understand that rules might have changed or something but she was just straight up being rude about it and telling me that I was wrong cuz her facility never sold that to me at that time, which was a complete lie. Anywho not that they were at all great before but for sure now staying away from this place and that women that treats customers like crap. I’m sure every other jack is better than this one.

Absolutely the worst jack in the box in the whole wide world. I go here often because of convenience but it’s always a 15 – 20 minute process just to get some tacos. They get the order wrong about 4 outa 10 times.
