Not a good choice if your expecting decent chicken. Place smelled weird and food was room temperature. Was very disappointed in beans which were bland. Don’t bother with «crispy» tacos. They broke all time record of worst mushy tacos ever! So disappointed. And if I could give zero to minus stars I would

Parking: Street parking, which wasn’t an issue on a Monday night. I initially drove to the Chino location, but saw that it changed to «Chino Pollo.» Maybe I’ll check that place out down the line?
Place: Empty, but it looked decent and clean. In and out the door for takeout in about 5 minutes.
Price: I was able to use the online coupon found on their website. $ 15.99 for 2 whole chicken, 2 packs of tortillas, and 2 cups of salsa. They usually have this special on Tuesdays and Wednesday, but using the coupon gave us this deal on a Monday.
Pfood: Delicious chicken! Very tender and well seasoned. I also dig their flour tortillas.

Note to management: your employees close this location 10 mins early.
I just raced to this location after work to purchase the two whole chicken deal, and the moment I reached the door, the employees were inside with the lights dimmed and and the door locked.
I got their attention and tried to communicate that I still had 10 minutes left til closing, and they all proceeded to laugh and mock me.
The company should not stand for employees abusing their power and stealing money thru false time clocks, and most definitely should not tolerate employees mistreating customers in such a manner.

This location smells kinda funny. It’s in downtown Pomona so some weirdos came rolling through or were hanging around outside. So if you’re gonna eat, order it to go.
Good meal deals. I got the white meat deal for $ 4.99 that came with one wing, salsa, rice, and beans. Super good deal and the chicken was actually really good. The hot salsa was really good too with chunks of vegetable and the right amount of lime/​citrus flavor.
I’m definitely coming back, but not to dine in. Value is good here! They just need to clean up inside a little.

I wouldnt recommend eating here. They charge extra for salsa. It would be better if they had a condiment bar. Food is below average for a rotisserie chicken. I’d rather get a super market chicken.

I’ll give them a 2 because they were quick; however, the quality lacked. I’m guessing that the chicken was dry because they were closing within the hour. I asked for 2 chicken tacos and also found small bones in it. Thankfully, a child didn’t consume it.

You HAVE TO eat here! The chicken is so juicy and cooked perfectly. The tortillas are fluffy yet tender. The salsa was spicy but not overpowering. I LOOOOOVVVVEEEE the potato salad! I was expecting the generic potato salad you get from the grocery store, but this was homemade and delicious. Order double potato salad instead of the rice ;-) Plus, the service was so fast! It was ready by the time I put my wallet away haha

I use them for a party. I did the 50 person package. Everybody at the party loved the food. Made it easy to serve and clean up. They gave us plenty of plates, silverware, and napkins. We had about 50 people and had a lot of food left. My family and I ate it for a couple of days. You have a party do it. It’s cheaper than a taco man. And my party like it as much.

Conveniently located in downtown Pomona down the street from the courthouse. Great place to have some lunch. It’s like an el pollo loco but cheaper and yummier. The chicken bowl comes with 2 tortillas on the side and salsa, but the chicken is minced up and tends to be dry. Get the chicken meal instead. I get the dark meat quarter chicken which comes with tortillas, potato salad, and tortillas. It’s more than enough food, and very juicy.

Contrary to some reviews, came and ordered two chickens without any problems and with good service.
Came on Boxing Day — was pretty quiet and we got our food quickly. Good as always! I personally don’t like grilled chicken breast and love more skin so I go for (brand franchise) El Pollo Loco, but I won’t ever turn down Juan Pollo.

the customer is always wrong when it comes to this location and they will never own up when they make a mistake.
check your bag before you leave and your receipt! and if you want the best advice… go to el pollo

Juan Pollo! You have to try their chicken tacos, It’s pretty meaty. You can say their tacos are like hard shell taco from Taco Bell, but they fill it all the way up! It’s rotisserie chicken, so the white meat inside is a dry; no surprise there. But overall, their chicken is pretty good. I like eating the skin, has a lot of flavor, salty but good lol. I think everyone should try it. The area is in downtown Pomona, so you’re going downtown, give it a shot. I wouldn’t go out smelling like chicken, but if you’re looking for a food fix, good spot. The price is fair, they have chicken deals. I usually get the dinner special. It’s usually dead when I go here, but it’s pretty roomy spot.

Great value for amazing chicken. Best rotisserie chicken I’ve had actually. Well seasoned; NOT DRY. $ 4 for ¼lb thigh, 3 tortillas, salsa, beans and rice. They had other deals for 2 whole chickens for $ 15.50. (Current deals as of 8÷13÷2014). Most people ordered in Spanish. The setting and décor reminds me, a bit of … well, Mexico. If you’re in downtown Pomona and want lunch without regrets, this is the place to come. Would visit again.

It is better than El Pollo Loco as far as food as concerned; good seasoning on the outside and moist inside. Came with good flour or corn torillas and a choice of salsa.
They charge 69 cents for debit card use which is why I paid my order in cash. Cashier was kinda nice.
