They do have a wide selection of product. However when I went i was looking for light hoods, and most of what they had on display they no longer carried and upon further request of different hood they didn’t seem to have any info leading me to believe they are a bit unorganized. In addition when I asked about the difference between two of they’re product he said he wasn’t sure, when I asked why he chose to use the one he was using for his main source of nutes his reply was simply that they are more expensive and that means they should be better. A bit turned off by they’re lack of knowledge and shallow answers. On the plus I found an awesome shop 15 minutes away in Ontario thanks to them forcing me to search else where.

This place has the worst policy ever. I bought my 24 000 btu mini split here and it did bot work. I came back for an exchange for a working one and they wont exchange it for me. Instead they said I have to leave it for warranty exchange. So I left it there for them to exchange it under warranty. Then about 3 weeks later they called me and said it’s fix. I brought it home to installed it and still did not work. I then call the company to use the warranty itself and they just said wait, please hold. They took my number down and said will contact me back. About 3 weeks after that, they did not call me back. I called again and still they took down my information to contact me again. Still nothing. I spent over 1k and did not get to use my ac for a single day. They wont give my money back nor fix their product. They sold me bad stuff and just rip me off. This place does terrible business and took my money without giving me a working ac. I called an ac guy to come n take a look. Cost me an additional 300 dollars for him to verify that the mainboard was fried. The place is full of bs. Dont waste your money here.

This place is legit. Very informative, work with your budget and will even order stuff for you if they dont have it with zero hassles. Not much more you can ask for in a local hydro store.
