I try to like this place but when I order a matcha green tea every single time it’s half foam. It’s over 4 dollars for a matcha green tea with soy milk and to have half of it foam when I’m paying an extra 60 cents is outrageous. Today my drink was made wrong twice and the third time my drink was made the correct temperature with the correct milk it was to no surprise, half foam. Never coming back again.

Pretty typical Peet’s café. They serve $ 1 coffees if you bring your own mug– which is just awesome! But it sucks and is unreasonable that they charge an extra $ 0.60 for soy milk. Soy milk lasts longer than cows milk, is equal in price, and is better for the environment and for cows. If they charge for soy milk, then they should charge extra for cows milk as well, or I should get a discount for drinking my coffee black.

When Starbucks has a huge line, this is place or the coffee stand in the marketplace are the other options. A lot of people don’t realize this is here on campus… It has been here for awhile and is not new as the review below suggests… It is always under staffed though, and does share a counter with Freshens, a smoothie/frozen yogurt stand. they sell donuts and bagels too One thing that is annoying. their Chai Tea lattes are really bitter/strong compared to starbucks. gotta add more milk

This place has not been here long at all. Walking in you can tell it’s not completely done. The staff was just mediocre, the owner had to get the cashiers attention in order to ring me up. I ordered a chai tea and it honestly didn’t taste like one. I plan on coming back maybe in a month, hopefully the place looks more presentable and their staff is better trained. There is tons of seating though, inside and outside. For now they are open until 3pm Mon-Fri, they are closed Sat&Sun.
