Starbucks

This is by far the fastest Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever been to. Even with a long line, you’re up at the window in no time. I’ve been going for a week straight and even with ordering a breakfast sandwich, I get up to the window and my stuff is there and ready. No waiting. Also a convenient location getting off the freeway heading to the courthouse, hospital, etc. Great spot!

Didn’t give me my chocolate cake pop, Didn’t put steamed milk like I ask so the extra soy I ordered made the whole cup cold and charged me for extra Carmel drizzle and didn’t actually give me any! Ordered thru the drive thru and by the time I relieved they butchered my order I was already too far gone

Waiting more than 30 mins in drive thru (3 cars ahead) for a coffee. So annoyed never coming back to this one … Wtf management

I blame this on the owners for not staffing this Starbucks accordingly — for a second I thought I was stuck on 405 during rush hour traffic. The slowest service I have ever encountered. If you have time to wait (waste) this is the Starbucks for you.

To the poor kid whose voice cracked as he handed me my incorrect, sticky drinks: I’m sure you will see better days in the future.
But for now, I’ll have to leave this 2 star here. Don’t give up, I believe in you.

I’m glad the man I married has faith in people and establishments. But for that very reason, he trusts that this place gives customers exactly what they ordered, and therefore doesn’t test it before leaving and coming all the way home like I do. Bad move and he is now back waiting for our correct order. Get with it!

Love this Starbucks, it’s supper close to my job and they are always so fast! The staff is always friendly which is great considering some of my past experiences. So even if you see a long line go! They are so quick and nice which really just starts your morning!

I requested the frappula but was told that they have’t started making it yet. However, they offered to make it a «custom made frappuccino». I agreed only if I can apply my discount of «$ 4 on any frappuccino order». When I made my order the lady said it was no problem. As I drove around they handed me a drink that didn’t look like the frappula i’ve seen online. The gentlemen who handed me the drink rudely asked what was wrong with it. I responded by asking what it was made of and that I didn’t see any Raspberry syrup on it. He took it back and put raspberry syrup but never told me what else it was made of. As I handed him my phone to apply the $ 4 discount he said that they can’t use it on custom frappuccino’s or on the frappula, it was a very unclear explanation. I don’t understand why the lady I ordered with said it was no problem. Because I was pressured from cars waiting behind me I just paid the $ 4.95 and took the drink. Not only did it look like puss but tasted horrible, I had to toss it out. I’m not one to complain, I had a few not so great drinks before that i’ve let go but nothing as horrible as this.

This location looks new. It’s not in a good area of Pomona. But it is first and foremost a drive through. Silly me, showing up and sitting at the outside tables hoping to get some work done.
Although there is a walk up window, the service at that window is slow (which makes sense, as the entire structure is meant to support drive through operations. The three tables and two umbrellas in the parking lot (with no electrical plugs) make things a little difficult compared to other Starbucks locations.
When I asked for a tea refill at the walk up window, the same person that had served me earlier asked «did you buy this here?» — even though she was the same person that had served me just five minutes earlier and asked me about iced green tea. I got the «we only refill for customers that can show they bought the tea here.» Luckily I was able to dig out the receipt from the outside trash can.
Bad service, bad facilities, but I am sure you would have a much different experience if you were using the drive through.

I get my coffee here everyday before I head of to work and everyday they greet me with a HELLO good morning. And its a genuine good morning you got to love that great. customer service

Some of the nicest Starbucks employees I’ve come across. And I drink Starbucks pretty much daily.

Pretty upset that they don’t make the drinks with all the toppings, like the mocha drizzle and toasted coconut flakes for the mocha coconut frap.

Favorite Starbucks in Pomona. All the employees are super fast and courteous and the location is great. I work in the city and this is my go to spot for my caffeine fix

This is a nice location, glad they finally built one a little closer to my house. There is always a long line. Combo of slow workers and people too impatient to just go inside. I went last night and was glad to finally not see a line. Before I could even get my first drink order out he cut me off and told me the total. I hate when any drive through person does that, at least ask if I want anything else, so I had to practically yell I wanted a another drink before he started to do something else.
But other than that I did not have a problem, the one off the freeway is much faster though.

This is a pretty nice location with a drive thru.
Drive thru as always packed, I just do not get why 10+ cars line up when the parking lot is empty and no on inside.
I always go in and come back out much faster.
Service was nice, store clean, my Smores Frappé great, excellent new addition, will have to keep ordering it while they still have it around.

Starbucks Drive Thru’s are popping up all over the place. This location opened recently just north of Downtown Pomona, and being able to drive up and drive off is very convenient.
The one thing I hate about this drive thru is that they did not put enough thoughts about the placement of the ordering speaker, with enough room for just one car to pull in. All it takes is one car at the speaker and it will cause a backup into the parking lot. And cars pull into the drive thru lane from both the left and right so there’s no systematic way to form a line.
Everything else is great about this location — the staff, my drinks, response time.

So convenient. It’s right next to my bf’s grandmother’s place. Perfect for my coffee needs.
Besides a great location, there’s a drive thru. The workers are pretty courteous and the drive through was quick. Exactly what I need from the local ‘bucks
On the corner of Garey Ave and Alvarado. Across from the starter bros.

Arrived around 8:30am on my way to work and was quickly greeted by John who said «Be with you.»
This is 2^nd day of opening operation so drive thru was to the street.
A minute later greeted me with good morning and took my order which is refill venti mocha without whip (my own cup) which is $ 4.75.
Waited for just five minutes for my order; said thanks and have a good day. Satisfied with this one and will be back!

First day open! It’s either drive thru or walk up. Went through the drive thru, the menu’s not completely displayed yet but that’s okay, it’s their first day, they’re still workin on it. Good location, just right off the freeway, especially in the middle of all these nursing facilities and right next to Pomona Valley Hospital, I’m sure they’ll be swarming with scrubs in no time ! Anyway, it’s on the corner with easy access. Service was nice and quick, positive attitudes from employees. However I was the only car in the drive thru, surprising

Just opened. A little chaotic, I think some of the staff isn’t accustomed to working a walkup counter.
Not sure if they’re planning to put up their usual menu on the outside for walkups, but so far there isn’t one, so you kinda gotta know what’s on their menu ahead of time.
They’re setting up that evolve drive thru speaker, which has the video system where you’re pretty much face timing with the associate. Not the biggest fan of that, but I guess it has a a flair to it.
A little our of the way for me but if I’m close by, I’d definitely take advantage of the drive thru.
