I love subway but this place is horrible! The lady who’s name starts with A has a really bad attitude! Avoid this place if you want at least basic respect as a customer. This has been the worst subway live ever been to. So disappointed.

Went here after Unilocaling customer services. Originally this place had better customer service than the one in Chino hills according to Unilocal.After arriving here and buying a sandwich, I realize that the community probably had lower expectations when it comes to customer service. It is Pomona, so I shouldn’t be surprised.
I don’t know her name but the thin old ugly lady there is rude. I’m sorry, but it’s not my fault you are ugly. Don’t threat me bad cause your husband cheated on you.
Customer service level: Zero.
Avoid coming here.

I love the ladies here but omg this store is never prepped for breakfast. I am always in a rush. But their nice attitudes and customer service make it alright. The manager should really help get it situated for breakfast!

Love to come eat here in the evenings. every time I go in theirs 2 young ladies and a gentleman… the gentleman is very fast at making sandwiches… and the 2 young ladies are very talkative and their very friendly, helpful, and polite… I asked for a fresh cookie platter and they gladly made it for me… I strongly recommend this subway their the best…

This subway is pretty typical. We came in with a group of 17 after lunch and we all fit comfortably. The staff handled us in a timely matter. The one downside to his location is that they don’t have a restroom.

I have been coming here for a few years now and this is by far one of the cleanest Subways. The service and food is good quality and they are very fast at making the sandwiches. I prefer this location over any store in Diamond Bar or Chino Hills. See you soon Subway

Great store! Usually a very busy store, but they always manage to get my sandwiches quickly and efficiently to me. Great work by the staff. Love coming here during my lunch breaks and on the weekend with my family.

This place… the attitudes were terrible. i ordered the new flatizza, pepperoni, and the guy was so sloppy. he got irritated when i asked for extra sauce. he didnt bother to cut it in to pieces. then he just threw the boxes in the bag and lifted, which caused the pizzas to go sideways which caused all the toppings to slide off. so disappointing. not my first problem at this subway. probably wont go back.

I’ve given this place so many chances and I’m finally done. These ladies attitudes are horrible, its like they already hate you before realizing how simple you are. I hate to be ageist and rude but the older women tend to be the miserable bitches while the young chick looks like she’s just doing her job. A smile would really brighten this place up a bit.

Good place for a breakfast sandwich.
My buddy and I come here almost everytime we get out of work at 8:00 a.m. I know this place is very patient and welcoming and it is why I keep coming here. Good costumer service.

Located in a small plaza. Easy enough to find parking. Near both the 71 and 60 freeways.
Been to one Subway, you’ve been to them all? This location has nothing really memorable about it. Food is pretty much standard Subway fare and the staff is friendly enough (no smiles on my visit. Sad sad Subway workers).
Not in a sandwich mood? Go to the nearby Yoshinoya or In-​n-​out.
