I when in to this T-Mobile store a couple weeks ago because the one I go to in chino hills to far for me. If I can give them a zero star to poor customer. I ask them to pull up my contract up then have nothing to say and left me to call the T-Mobile customer service. How can you work there? Now make me which different phone company.

Nice employees, but are clueless about their products. Went into the store looking to upgrade to a Sony Xperia Z3 one day before release date in stores. The two employees kept on claiming that they have no clue when they will receive shipment for the phones, when i clearly kept repeating that the phones, per T-Mobile website, will be available in stores on 10÷29÷14. They kept on claiming that it’s on backorder. Out of impulse, I decided to pre-order the damn phone… one day before release date. I called 2 other T-Mobile stores in Chino Hills after i pre-ordered it here and they said that walking into the store at 10AM would easily allow me to pick up a Z3 without any pre-order or hassle. I will now have to pay an extra $ 24, that i did no authorize, for Next Day Expedited Shipping that will more than likely make my phone arrive on 10⁄30 instead of walking out from a different T-Mobile store with phone in hand on 10⁄29. I figured that it was my fault that i was too lazy to drive to Chino Hills to get the phone so I ordered it at this location which was only a few blocks from my house. I deeply regret my decision. Save yourself some trauma and waste a little bit of gas to go to another T-Mobile store where the employees are knowledgable about their product and release dates.
