I have left both my dogs here twice and was very happy with the services. I first stopped in to get a tour of the facility which they happily gave. The rooms where the dogs are kept are immaculate. There is no smell at all like most boarding places and the areas are spotless. My dogs are somewhat timid so they were able to take time to make sure they would be good during playtime by introducing them slowly to other dogs. They have an app so you can watch your dogs live while you are away. Very pleased and will use them again.

I love this place. The staff is consistent and have been there a long time. They remember details and know me and my dog by name without having to be reminded. I’m never worried when I’m away and she is there and the grooming is the best. It is a little more pricey then some places but competitively priced for places of the same status. Basically for the service you get it is what it costs here. I bring her there for special grooming even when she is not being boarded.
Sanchez is her handler when she is boarded and he is so sweet and keeps me updated with emails and videos. They are so sweet and whenever I walk in they yell Noodle’s name and come and hug her. It’s a great place for pets.

During a recent holiday weekend, I left my four legged baby in the care of château poochie. My 7 year dog has never had to stay at a place like this since normally when we leave town, we leave him with friends or family. This particular wkd though, we were leaving for a family function, so our family was going with us, and all our go-​to babysitting friends seemed to be vacationing as well! My dog did great here. Nice place. A bit pricy, but I didn’t mind spending a bit more since it was his first time and I wanted him well taken care of! Would use again!

Poor Customer Service is driven by management. Managers are not communicative with their clients when there is a problem or issue, even yell, scream and belittle their staff. This place has so much potential however the owners/​managers of this place seem to be running it into the ground. How they treat their employees should be illegal! Buyer beware, potential employees beware because it is so not worth the headache!!!

Buyer beware. One person will promise you everything and when you call to confirm information depending if staff is in a good mood or bad the information changes. Dogs are left alone in building unattended. Aka too much trouble to worry about your dog when we are closed. Poor customer service. Kind of like a woman who only combs the front if her hair but never looks at the back?
Just be aware just because they look good doesn’t mean they are good. Lots of luck.

Very upset to find out that my rescue puppy will not be allowed to participate in daycare. Our puppy was taking in, passed all of there test, even played with others dogs with no incident, and now we are told he will not be allowed back into social lounge… FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN BEING A AM STAFF /​AMERICAN BULLDOG MIX. They are more concerned about impressing the human counterpart. These are not dog people, and they really do not understand the differentiators between breeds.

Well it happened– we had to board lil gusser wusser– you get a code to watch your door in his room– which was the size of my walk in closet at home — the bed and bedding was soo plush I wanted to stay myself! He has puppy playtime all day and we splurged and got him a puppy massage lol! He was there for 3 days and they call every night to tell you how the day went and etc! When we picked him up– they gave him a bath and omg– he smelled like a little gentleman– this place is seriously amazing the amenities they have for your dog most 5 star hotels don’t have for humans! I’m completely impressed and I just can’t say enough!
