I went there on January 4, 2016. I got a plain bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese. After eating a little less than half I look down and there is mold. I have the pictures to show. Its disgusting, I went back in and tried to get an incident report made and the «manager» was very very rude saying it was veggie cream cheese and proceeded to tell other customers that there is no mold, and not to worry. I have a complaint going, and possibly making a report with the health department.
I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN.

Worst Dunkin in town. On five separate occasions I got the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. This is nothing more than a glorified retirement wi-fi hot-spot. Impersonal staff. This was their last chance for me and they failed hard. Embarrassment to the franchise. It’s pretty bad when the staff, consisting of one Haitian and one Indian can barely even understand each other much less what any of the customers are saying. I have witnessed numerous customers getting extremely frustrated because their orders were not accurate. I only ordered an iced coffee and they somehow managed to screw even that up. Seriously?

This DD is very busy at morning rush hour. But they are a pretty efficient group, I can be in and out of there pretty quickly, even on their busiest day.

I’ve been to this location twice in the past week, and both times I was over charged, and the services was very slow. One time it took 10 minutes when I was third in line. That time I got charged for 3 extra shots when I had only one. The previous visit I had been charged for 4 bagels when I had 2. I don’t know if I just have bad luck or if this is their practice. I was late for work so I couldn’t stand around and fight over my 2 dollars but still very frustrating.

Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced!
I was helped by «Nesima» who refused to get off the phone when I spoke with her, I had to wait a few minutes until she noticed I was waiting. After I placed my order I asked her if it was ok to change the channel on the TV so that I could watch the news she rudely said «no, this is the only channel we have» I proceeded to question her calmy asking «but if a customer wants to change the channel why cant is it a problem» and she responded «if you dont like it you can talk to my boss» and went back on the phone.
Horrible service! A customer should not be treated that way! She should not be representing dunkin donuts if she wishes to treat her customers with no decency.
I will never come to this location again.

Hats off to this DD! Very well run store, in fact all DD’s should be held to the standards of this place. I probably don’t have to tell you there are some really horrendous DD’s in SFL. Donuts fresh always here, unlike almost every other I have been too, clean & courteous, they have plenty of sitting space including leather sofas, & even a conference room WOW! Check this place out if your a DD fan, you won’t ever go to another donut store, like me, I will ONLY go to this one.

Best Dunkin Donuts in South Florida hands down. They always greet me like I’m a regular (ok I do go in at least once a week lol) and somehow remember what I want, even though tons of people from Cypress Bend and Palm Aire go here daily. Feels just like the DD I grew up with back home in NY.

As soon as I walk in they know what I want although sometimes I throw them for a loop and order something extra if I want to bring goodies in for my coworkers. This location is super easy to get to for me and even if they are busy it moves quickly. It does not have a drive through so you do need to walk in, which is fine, parking is usually not a problem.
My favorite is a large coffee with cream and a chocolate cake donut.

Great store! The staff are very friendly and efficient and my food & beverage are always exactly as ordered. This spot is very high traffic on a weekday morning but the line moves quickly. It is always clean and comfortable.

This DD is great! Very clean, very nice staff. They remember how regular customers take their coffee. Egg sandwiches and donuts are tasty as well. There are a couple of comfortable leather sofas to sit on. It’s like your living room with free wifi. This place is always busy, even at nite, the sign of a truly great Dunkin Donuts!

Anytime I’ve ever been here the cashiers are very attentive and informative. I’m usually running late for work if I stop but the employees are on their feet and I’m out of there in less then 10 minutes. This place can seriously be busy during the morning week be aware.
*FYI The Parking is kind of tight too.

Part of my daily routine, so much so that the lovely ladies (and Harold) who take care of me know my «usual» order (medium turbo iced with skin milk & splenda). Being a frequent patron has it’s benefits, especially when it’s the morning rush and the line is to the door, but by the time it’s my turn they have my order ready to go. It’s the little things. Plus, this location is within walking distance from work.
