Horrible place, coffee was made terribly because they don’t know how to train employees, staff is rude. The line is ridiculous which boggles my mind since it’s always a terrible experience, the one on 10^th street is much better. The line isn’t as long ave the staff is nicer

Would not recommend, coffee is good that’s about all. Service and staff always bad! Very rude. Only go because it’s close to my house.

This DD IS SUCH A JOKE. The staff is so terrible, from drive thru service to the actual drink. My iced latte was SO bad. From this day on I’m giving my money to Starbucks

A women spoke to me in the drive through and she was rudely asking me what I wanted. She kept talking to me as if I were stupid. When we got to the window they asked me all over again what I wanted. That was all fine until I get my drinks and they were wrong.

The service has been good for me. Today was really good since I have DD-​perks & I didn’t understand how to activate this particular one. Don’t make complicated requests & it’ll be alright. Remember Lethal Weapon & what Joe Pesci as Leo Getz says? «They f***k you at the drive through!» … Park & walk the few yards into the store, make sure to smile & get the customer service you want!

Worst experience of my life. Went through drive through, ordered my daughter a blueberry muffin, they gave me chocolate chip (she’s allergic to chocolate). Ordered 4 doughnuts, two for me an two for my son, we only got 3. But the worst was the egg sandwich my girlfriend ordered, when ahe unwrapped it she said it smelled funny. She opened the sandwich an the eggs were green… GREEN! We took everything inside and asked for the manager and were told there was none. No manager or supervisor there on a Sunday. After 5 minutes of the employees trying to figure out who the most senior person on duty was they finally agreed to refund us, but offered no apology. Had to drive out to the sunrise location for breakfast.

The Big Plus!: Much like most DD locations, the service here is pretty weak. But I’ve come to expect that… After all Dunkin is no Starbucks. The enormous benefit of this location is unlike it’s other locations, they serve your hot coffee at just the right temperature. It’s instantly drinkable. No waiting and no damaged tongue.
This might sounds silly to some of you… However, I pick-​up DD on a regular basis and on several occasions have had my tongue scorched by coffee handed to me that was entirely too hot. I mean, if I grab a coffee at the drive-​thru I don’t want to sit around and wait an hour to drink it.
At this prime spot, the coffee is handed over at a warm temperature that’s drinkable on the spot. If you don’t like waiting for your coffee to cool off… This is the location for you!
And if you become a regular, the staff seems to warm-​up a bit. Maybe that should be expected after coming here for 2+ years.

Great place if you like DD, customer service could be better. I’ve been coming here for almost 6 months and they always forget something that I order. So no more drive through, I always ALWAYS a go into the store, and they still seem to mess it up. Hopefully they will remember my face and not screw things up anymore like they did this morning.

I come here about once a week. The service is fast and friendly. They always get my order right. The drive thur is a night mare in the morning it sometimes goes around the corner. The plAce is always well kept and everything is as fresh as it get for a Dunkin’ Donuts. Hint of sarcasm lol. But overall pretty good.

I usually go in every Sunday to get my coffee and a dozen for my coworkers, they already know what I’m there for and I’m usually in and out in under a minute.

I have been here several times and the coffee and donuts are standard to other Dunkin Donuts locations. My only real complaint is that the staff is not always as friendly and the drive through takes an excessive amount of time compared to going inside.

Never going back again. Extremely rude cashier at the window. Not even dignifying this place with a long review. And terrible coffee to top it off. Go elsewhere…

Josh is the COOLATA MAN and has great customer service. Hands down, he makes the best Coolatas in south Florida! In fact, they’re so great that I’d rather pay full price for the ones he makes than pay half price at other DD locations that do Happy Hour. He gives them a caramel ice cream kind of taste, how a real frozen coffee should taste! I

Always Nice employees, Fast service, & Fresh food. Drive thru is usually busy, but moves quickly.

This place is just ALWAYS packed on the weekends very weird.

Quick and reliable, that is the DD way!
Their drive through is a little off and I think whoever planned it was smoking the good stuff but besides that, this is a pretty decent DD to stop when in need of some java.
