Very spacious, but I’m suppose to have a climate control unit and I don’t think I was even one because my unit is very hot.

I want everyone to understand why my rating of 3.5 stars (.5 is not available). It is composed of the following and because of facility is under renovation.
Customer service — 5 stars, as Vickie (I think that’s the name) was very pleasant, professional, informative and helpful.
Price — 3 Stars, good price reflecting condition of the facility
Facility — out dated but currently under renovation. They are refreshing the look and maybe also some of the key elements.
The main issue for me would be entry door to the storage area, it needs to double wide to make moving bulky items easier.

Yes, the building is outdated but the price for storage cannot be beat. Vicky is so friendly, experienced and great to deal with.

Great customer service AND great prices! The building is a little out dated but the manager assured me they are currently renovating since they only acquired the property last November.
