La Granja

The worst «la granja» Restaurant that I have ever eaten. We ordered limo saltado and I did not look or taste like one. That food does not represent the Peruvian cuisine. These guys should change the name of the restaurant because they do not sell authentic Peruvian plates.

Either they haven’t fixed their air conditioning since 2014 — based on reviews mentioning this issue back then — or I was extremely unlucky to walk into a warm, rank establishment. The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell. It only got worse when I entered the women’s bathroom, with dried blood smeared on the wall, and a toilet that was clogged and would not flush. My friend also noticed the strange odor and the lack of circulating air, but we were hungry nonetheless. I guess seeing only one person eating in this establishment should have alerted us that perhaps something was up and we should go to another location, and initially we were, but my friend insisted on coming this one as it was closer. We passed many derelicts around the grounds of the establishment, which I pointed out to my friend, but he wouldn’t budge. Neither of us got sick from eating here, luckily, but the lingering scent of stale air made me feel nauseous throughout my meal. If you don’t enjoy sweating while eating and breathing in putrid smells, then avoid this location.

Not much to say. Extremely over priced. Average of $ 12 for a meal? How does this place stay open. Food is sub par and there isn’t much of it. First time here and it will be the last. There are better locations to consume poorly fried foods.

Like other said this is by far the worst la granja I’ve been to… it’s been a while since I’ve been to a la granja so I forgot what all the onion condiments flavors where. i asked the cashier and she did not know either. none of the sauces where labeled so you had to guess what you where putting on your food. we ate around 7pm just as the sun was setting and it was so bright I had to put my sunglasses on to eat inside… they need some Window tint… Also the train would go by and blow the horn. Very annoying… my steak dinner did. Taste ok

By far the WORST la granja and I’ve been to them all. The staff cannot speak English and manage to mess my drive thru order every single time. Not joking. Either the rice color will be wrong or my drink/​condiments will be missing. Very frustrating with their service. I always have to drive to the one in deerfield to avoid a massive headache.

This location in pompano is the worst la granga in south Florida. The employees are rude and do not have any customer service skills. I was not properly greeted at the drive thru. The girl just said the price. I asked for 4 sauces, she gave me a «yeah right» look & handed me 3. I received my chicken order & the wing was burnt black! I knocked on the window to ask for another chicken… No response for a good 4 minutes. I politely asked the girl for a new chicken since the wing was burnt & she just grabbed the box, looked at me & went to the kitchen. When she returned I received no apologies or any words at all. I still did tell her thank you though, since I do have manners. I do not recommend this location at all. The previous time before this visit the other girl kept saying «hey girl» to me. How rude & unprofessional is that? (I didn’t have Unilocal then) I do enjoy their food that’s why Had given them another chance, but with each visit, the service seems to get worse and worse. Fort Lauderdale is much cleaner & the staff is way nicer! Pompano la granga– Worst customer service ever!!!

This particular restaurant does not deserve the La Granja name. They are all excellent but here, the food quality is poor, interiors are decaying, and even the sauces are charged for extra.

Worst La Granja that I’ve ever been to. Broken AC (it was 87 degrees), the lomo saltado was chewy and tasted like it had been sitting there for days, and they didn’t have the traditional sauces that they do in all other restaurants. The service was okay as usual but I will never go back to this location.

I love La Granja… but this location is disgusting. The air has been broken for months. There are holes in the ceiling. The bathroom smells. And we were served food on dirty plates. Really. I attached photos. This location needs a complete remodel. Find somewhere else to eat.

Ordered the quarter chicken comes with ur choice of white or yellow rice, plantains, and a can soda. My order came out to around $ 6.89. During the week they have a lunch special for $ 4.50. Which is a pretty good deal. The beans are a bit on the salty side but the sweetness of the plantains help tame it a bit. They also have great chicken wings and they are pretty big for under $ 10 comes with rice and beans or fries. LaGranja always has great big portions at a reasonable price. I love coming here when I don’t want to spend too much but I want a great dish via drive thru.

Mmmh. It was a good visit although it was pretty packed when I got in there. Its Took them about 10 minutes to make my food. They overwork the girl at the cashier at least the front one I should say she oughta be getting paid a lot more.
It also bothers me that the tables all had leftover food I take it is though the cashiers have to clean those tables as well as take the delivery orders and run the front. but I don’t understand nobody left any tips ??
Overall it was a very good delightful dinner that I picked up and on top of that they forgot my drink. Oh no they didn’t!

good food, staff is on point for what I need, drive through is fast, chicken seems like it is always just off the grill. I like the sauces and it is a quick, in-​expensive, healthy fix– my meal is the ¼ chicken with a salad,

I’ve been to better Granja’s.this one is small and I go here because is close to my work. I tried going through the drive thru and I waited about 20 – 25 minutes. might as well gone inside eat and leave. The chicken is good on some days and OK in other days. its a hit and miss type of thing.

Number 4 flat chicken beans rice and plantains. Amazing sauces.

La granja has a pretty good grilled chicken sandwhich but today my bun was hard as a rock soo I had to have them redo my order for another sandwhich. The whole time I was eating my replacement sandwhich the cooking staff was staring at me which made me a lil nervous. Hopefully they didnt spit in the new bun lol

Esta granja recien abrio y tengo que decir que es una porqueria comparado con los otros restaurantes la granja. El peor servicio que he recibido. El chico que estaba en la caja (me parece era colombiano) un total irrespetuoso sin educacion. Mientras tomaba mi orden se volteaba a conversar con otra chica que parecia era la manager, se reia a carcajadas con ella. Era un escandalo, todos los trabajadores haciendo bulla, gritando y riendose. Terrible. La comida pesima, nada que ver con la calidad que se sirven el los otros rest. de la granja. Pesimo lugar no pienso regresar.
