Under new management and sadly it is no longer the same. Both my husband and I at different times brought our cars in for repairs; and within a couple of weeks the same mechanical problems came back, but even worse — they then proceed to charge you twice as much to repair for the same issue. Which tells me they didn’t fix the problems in the first place — just temporarily enough to get paid the first time with plans of you coming back soon to get more $$$. Not trustworthy, in my opinion.

Had the absolute worst experience here. Got the feeling that they did not care about my car at all. You could definitely feel their annoyance when you talk to them. Not cool. When I got it back from it being «fixed», I immediately drove off and knew that it wasn’t. It was making all kinds of sounds that it wasn’t making before which was really weird. I did not feel safe driving my car. I had to take it back. I realized that parts were not replaced properly (that I payed a lot of money for). Then after the second time from taking it back, 2 days later my car broke down on me again… in the middle of an intersection. I feel like my car was messed with completely. I almost caused an accident. I had to have my car towed. How could it be that after my car was here just 2 days ago, that it was breaking down on me again? If they would have taken their time to really look at their work and fix it properly, I would not have the stress, headache, and tears that I have now. It’s so important to take care of someone’s vehicle properly. It could be their life.

Very fast service and reasonably priced.. One thing I didn’t like about them though is how they treat your vehicle. I have a 4 year old sports car. When I got the car back from a simple belt change and oil change I had scuff mud marks on my inside doors from the mechanics boots. Also every mechanic knows not to put screw drivers in your back pocket when entering a vehicle. Not this mechanic. My seat had a ½ inch screw driver poke hole in the leather seat when I got it back. I Didn’t complain because of what they charged me for labor. Also when they put my car back together the mechanic forgot to plug something in near my air filter box and had to do it myself. I give them 4 stars for the fast and very good priced work. But I give them 1 star on how they treat a customers car. I will use them again, but if the manager reads these please talk to your mechanics and tell them when they get in a customers car treat it with respect as if it was their parents car. Return it like you received it and not with mud scuffs on the inside and a hole in the leather seat. Thanks.
