While I haven’t tried their entrees, their pizza is old fashioned, tasty, and the food is always ready pretty fast. Think 90s mall court pizza with a bit of a facelift. Garlic rolls are fantastic and luckily so are theirs.

Pasquale’s is in a pretty nondescript shopping center, but it’s a hidden gem with some of the best pizza in town. Their pies are HUGE and there’s nothing better than a slice of their hot, cheese covered pizza to make you happy. Best of all it’s a family run place, so you know you’re getting something made fresh, by people who really care about the store and their customers. The meatball subs are ridiculously good and for dinner the lasagna can’t be beaten!

We had the eggplant and pizza here the week after we had our Anniversary Dinner at Café Vico… reputed to be the best Italian restaurant in Broward. That dinner was terrible from start to finish and put to shame by both taste and price with the takeout from Pasquale’s. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Pasquales is first rate.

This is a family run local establishment with good tasting pizza and sauce .Reminds me of the Pizza parlors/pizza and brews that used to be on every street corner in Brooklyn/Queens. Pricier compared to similar competition but considering location and quality, is worth it .

What I like about Pasquale Pizza more is the welcoming warmth of the place. It’s a for real mom & pop operation and it shows; so much better not only in ambiance but in most foods better than any of those big chain pizza joints with their chainy feeling and commercial looks. Though Pizza might be the specialty I don’t go there for that. I’ve tried some of their Pizza and it just wasn’t for me, too thick, mixed undistinguishable flavors, somewhat soupy, but I won’t criticize it as Pizza tends to be a matter of personal preference and for me I like the thin crust Northern Italian types rather than those of the Chicago, New York or Sicilian style. However, Pasquale Pizza has more than pizza offerings. I went for their veal francaise which came with a salad along with some very good garlic rolls. The veal francaise I was served came in a good presentation and in a portion significantly larger than those served in most pizza places. Indeed, for a pizza place it didn’t seem like one of those afterthought dishes merely tossed out on the menu. The veal had been pounded tender, had a good lemon flavor and was distinctive to the bite.

Had a really nice, filling and tasty pepperoni slice, and a chilly Pilsner. What’s not to like?

I used to frequent this place 4x a month. It was out of my way but used to be very good. Don’t know what happened but went with my kid on a Saturday for the 2 slices and 2 soda lunch. The guy served us 2 pieces of pizza each that u needed a spoon to eat it with. They never had pizza like this in the past. They must have changed ownership. Well we were so hungry we each ate ½ of 1 slice. I gave the plates back to the guy with all the remaining uneaten pizza left over and he just said thank you. Didn’t even ask if something was wrong because we barely ate anything. I don’t understand how hard it is to serve 4 slices of pizza without them looking like dripping soup. You couldn’t pick it up off the paper plate. It was so gooey and wet you needed a spoon. Never asked how our lunch was and no one else was in there. It was 4 months ago I was there and maybe they fixed the way they cook them since then, but this place left a sour spot on my wallet. Pizza is supposed to be dough that is crispy that you can hold in your hand or bend in half. This was like biscuits and gravy. Sorry. Im not a negative person but the guy should of realized what he was serving. I am quite sure he would not of eaten it himself and could of said let me make you 2 fresh slices. I am Italian and I’m pretty sure he was also, and didn’t want to hurt his ego by telling him it was not good. I just didn’t go back. On a funny note my kid still says today when we are near Atlantic blvd. «remember that dripping pizza we got 1 time at the restaurant down there.» :( May give them another shot if I’m in the area and redo my review but to make a special trip there won’t happen unfortunately.

Excellent experience tonite, not sure why the poor reviews. Service was outstanding. Very good pizza, especially the Sicilian. Garlic bread was excellent. Only minor suggestion might be to use mixed greens instead of iceberg lettuce in the House salad. Overall, a very enjoyable evening.

I don’t know why the bad reviews I have eaten there over 20 times always getting the pepperoni and sausage pie and it has always been excellent. One drawback is the owner’s kids can be irritating but then to me all kids are. Great pizza though and fairly priced.

Although I support local businesses I must say this place wasn’t very good. They might also want to clean the ceiling as it was filthy. Sorry.

Not sure why the bad reviews, the guys at 2nd Street Surf were raving about the steak sandwiches. We tried the supreme, and it was good. I can’t speak for the pizza but the sandwiches were good. I’d almost give it 4 stars.

One star is being over rated. Very soggy pizza, tasteless. Even putting garlic, oregano, etc. didn’t help. Fountain soda horrible didn’t even taste right. Don’t waste your appetite, time, and money!!!

the place is dirty, the food is tasteless and the owners daughter wouldn’t stop talking to me while I was trying to eat! She kept telling me how horrible the pizza joint across the street is(Heavenly’s). I honestly thought she was high on meth or crack. The television and the radio were playing loudly simultaneously too. Stay away from this place. It’s gross.

I noticed on my Unilocal profile that I didn’t have many places listed as a 1 star. I enjoy balance, so as I dig into my memory I remember my week in Pompano Beach, FL last year. Pasquale Pizza was not good. The pizza me and my friend got tasted like soap. Literally like soap. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I remember being very unhappy. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I order their Sicilian Pizza all the time and it is excellent! The thin pizza is also very good. Been going here since the 80’s where Rose & Pasquale have owned this place then moved to the Cove & now are back again. Thank God Rose is back!
