The desk clerk at this Motel 6 is the worst of the worst. Rude beyond anything you can imagine. Where I’m from people are kind and considerate. This woman was horrible.

Major waste of $ 55… You’d think corporate would keep a closer watch on their franchises but not so here. Front desk girl has major personality deprivation… tiny room with a hard«bed»(the good pillow in the photo is ours), funky bathroom with no water pressure. Good night, I hope we wake up with minimal back pain and wheels still on our car.

I’ve stayed in Motel 6 before and that’s why I chose to stay here again. Bad mistake, this one is horrible. First thing we saw when we walked in was a roach run under the closet/dresser/tv stand. We changed rooms and this one smelled like someone chained smoked a pack of newports. The beds are hard, the bathroom had pubic hair, everywhere. We were tired, we didn’t want to spend too much money. You get what you pay for. I’ve stayed in motel 6 before and had a great experience. This one has left a bad taste.

Beware. I know it’s a motel, I already went with that mind set. We slept fine, but later I realized there was a bug on the bed, and then killed it. I checked myself and I had 8 bites on my neck and arms. I was so annoyed by the constant desire to scratch. It got really nasty. If you’re going to stay, check the beds!

This was stop #1 of my 4-day trip across country with my cats(relocating from South Florida to the SF Bay area) and this was the worst of the the three Motel 6 locations where we did an overnight stay. Room smelled even though it appeared to be clean. Traffic noise from I-10 was on the loud side. Pluses were a quick check-in, a comfy bed and a nice flat screen TV. I’d check out other Motel 6 locations in the area if you’re in need of a cheap, overnight, pet-friendly room.

First off… it’s a Motel 6, not a 5-star hotel. So go into it with that frame of mind and I think you’ll be a lot happier! Supposedly it was recently remodeled and there are some new bathroom fixtures and a flat screen tv, which is nice. The walls look freshly repainted, but they are green. :/ The girl at the front desk was very sweet; the room wasn’t ready when we got there about 1:30(check in is at 2 pm) but was very sweet and apologetic about it. We had an errand to run so when I got back there was a different person at the front desk and I was worried that he might nor know what was going on(I had checked in and paid cash but didn’t get a receipt or anything) but as soon as I told him who I was he said, «Oh yes, she told me you would be coming in!» and quickly got my reservation completed. The room was fine. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but like the last Motel 6 I stayed in the you turned the faucet to «cold» to get hot water and vice versa… is this a Motel 6 thing? lol The room also had a linoleum type flooring, not carpet which looked nice enough but I didn’t care for it. It was cold on my feet and you could feel all the little pebbles and dirt brought in by your shoes. :( It is right on the highway and the rooms at the front of the motel might be noisy but we didn’t have any problems. It is VERY easy to get to and was close enough to everywhere we were going. There was a Sheriff car patrolling the parking lot when we got back after our concert about 11pm or so. So that made me feel very safe. There is a lot of fast food restaurants and convenience stores near by also so that’s a plus if you need those. Oh! Wifi wasn’t free though… it was $ 2.99 for 24 hours… not terrible expensive but not sure why it’s not free… I didn’t use it so I can’t comment on the speed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a clean, fairly comfortable, cheap place to sleep.
