I arrived there about before closing, but we were given a good welcome and server didn’t rush us at all. I ordered chicken phở. It came in a good portion. Noodle was great. Price was reasonable. My cousin ordered spring rolls, and they used the whole big fresh shrimps. Delicious. Washroom was also clean.

Broth is a bit bland and don’t order extra anything because you’ll just get less of something else.

We go here around twice a month and it is super good. Also, it’s affordable, which is a bonus. The owners are really nice and the service is consistent. When we want to eat something that tastes delicious, but feels good for you, we always go here.

Not the best phở I’ve ever had, but it’s satisfying when the craving hits. Broth is good, but lacking in depth from what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Service has always been polite.

Solid offerings. We had both the egg rolls and the Bahn Mi beef sandwiches. Both were quite good.

I’ve only ever gotten the Seafood or beef phở but each time it has been filling and delicious. I kinda wish they had one bowl size smaller as I can never finish their«small» bowl. Price is average. Atmosphere is OK. Nothing special.

The best food in town. The service is great. The food is fairly priced. The people are kind. It can’t be beat in my mind.

Have hair in the noodle. From others’ review you can see that it is not rare. disgusting! Never go to this place.

We live in the area and come here all the time. We love their spring rolls, phở soup, and bubble tea. We also get the 32 and 31 and they’re awesome! Great food for a good price. They are hard workers and have done a great job with the place!

Review is not for the food as I could not attest to it. Came here on Saturday at 10:15am and waited until opening time at 10:30. No one was here. No chef, no staff. How can a restaurant prepare for service at 10:30 if staffing is not on site prior to opening? Just at about 10:35, a van pulls up and a team of staffers jump out — with what appears to be a lunch cooler in one hand, and a 2⁄3 full gallon of soy milk in the other. Who knows if these were ingredients or just their own snacks for the day. We ended up leaving and heading to Asian Buffet instead. Who can trust food quality and safety if possible ingredients are carried in without proper refrigeration or handling? And if they expect service at 10:30am without any preparation on site before — what food are they serving? Leftovers with a marked up price? While I don’t know, I am not willing bet my well being to test it out.

Love this place! Drove by in the way to my annual visit to my sisters. Went back around for lunch. Big portions, good value and it tastes great(I had number 23). Went back another time in my four-day visit. Definitely hope it is open next time I visit, it is my new favorite lunch place in Port Angeles!

The spring rolls were good and the phở rocked. The phở came with the bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos and lime wedges for garnish, which was nice. The broth on its own was really great. If you’re a beast you can probably take down the large order of phở. I struggled a bit and dug deep to finish to finish that kiddy pool of deliciousness! The bubble tea is probably the powder stuff but it was pretty solid.

Their service sucks, and d phở served to me was filled with broth and barely any meat or noodles, and d bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño and leaves looks dry and very old. this place sucks. am. sure there are better places to eat than here.

I first came across this place on vacation about 6 years ago on a whim… Considering I’d been spoiled with all the Phở restaurants Southern California had to offer; Cerritos, Roland Heights, Huntington Beach, Torrance, L.A., And across the sea in Maui(which SUCKED btw),. and my FAVE in OC. Which Ive been faithful to for over 15 years… I couldnt believe THIS Phở restaurant was still open… in Port Angeles no doubt!!! I returned only to be even more pleasantly surprised by how amazing their food remained. DONTEVEREVEREVER change ANYTHING!!! Your food, service and flavors are amazing!!! We LOVEYOU!!!(^ — ^)

Great broth! Good vermicelli, and the fat noodle dishes are great too. I try to come about once a month. The bubble teas are yummy too. The atmosphere is a bit lacking as the owners generally have their kids playing in the corner, which is a bit of a mess. If you can look past that, the food is great. Can’t beat the prices either.

I’m not a phở snob, but I’ve gotten pretty used to the phở options in and around Seattle. So when I tasted this broth I was disappointed. It just wasn’t there… Wasn’t herb-y, or rich, or sweet or salty. Just really light. I really needed to load on the hoisin, lime, and jalapeño to get some flavor. (My husband thought it was fine, and pounded his in no time.) I gave it 4 stars because 1. The service was fast and courteous, and 2. I hate potstickers, but I actually liked the ones I got here!

So the first time I tried Phở was here, I’ve been to many places since and I love their consistency. My mom is a recent Phở convert and loved her soup, my biggest complaint is deciding which one to try!

When its quite cold, dreary, raining and miserable outside who doesn’t want a piping hot bowl of phở? Riiight? I’ll have to give it to Phở New Saigon. you really have a market for yourself out here! no other Phở place to go to unless you want to drive to out. I’ve been here twice and it’s nothing mind blowing. It’s alright if you really want and crave some phở! Service is fairly quick so that’s a plus!

Was definitely confused by the reviews — thought it would be decent and cheap(because it’s Phở) and 4.5 stars on Unilocal, but really? No. I’m being generous and giving three stars(really it’s 2 – 2.5) because it IS the only Phở place(other than the Soho bistro) in Port Angeles, but still, way too expensive for the amount of food and quality. The Phở broth is exceptional, but the meat sucked. We also ordered side dishes of spring and egg rolls($ 3?! Down the street at Lee’s Sandwiches in California, I can get three of them for $ 1). Like usual, I also had a rice plate, but it was really bare and the meat was puny, for $ 9. It’s good enough for the locals, but for travelers, skip it unless you’re really craving Phở. – Photos:
