DONOTBUYGIFTSATBESTBUY! On 1÷1÷16 I purchased a headset for my son’s birthday on 1⁄17 because I received money for Christmas I wanted to hurry and get my son the birthday present he had requested. Because I purchased the headset on 1⁄1 and waited til 1⁄17 to give them to my son on his BIRTHDAY we can not return a faulty headset. Hopefully the manufacture will step up, but my son doesn’t even want the same brand now(which I don’t blame him-faulty out of the box). I contacted Best Buy customer support and they said there was nothing they could do… So, in review. If you do purchase a gift for your child open the package(ruin the«newness» of it) and use it to ensure it works.

Like any other BestBuy, this location has all the expensive electronic toys your consumer based heart desires. The staff, like at any other BestBuy, has a false sense of knowledge and will be quick to give you information on something they know nothing about. The Geek Squad is the only people you should ask if you have a question but honestly I would rely on Google instead. The lines are always long, the security sensors always go off whether you’ve stole something or not, and how poor you realize you are when you see the first price tag is never ending. Though the bathrooms are always clean in any location I’ve ever been too. 3 Stars because that’s what they are worth!
