What a great place to eat. Fast delicious food with a very friendly staff. Come hungry if you go large and get a 12″. Don’t forget to try the sweet tea made with cane sugar.

Omg ! So this is just my second time eating firehouse subs but the wait today was just unacceptable ! I think I’ve gotten my food faster at a steakhouse. Currently going on 25 mins for a sub ! Avoid this place if your are on a time crunch during lunch.

I gave it 2 stars because I LOVE Firehouse subs. However, I’ve placed orders here plenty of times over the phone/online and it’s pretty much pointless. Every time I have to wait in line behind 10+ people just to pick up my food that’s already there. What’s funny is they have a online/phone register but no one is there 99% of the time and if they are and I skip said 10+ people I get ugly looks from them and the staff. «The Line is down there» What is the point of even ordering beforehand? Why offer it? I’ve had better experiences at other Firehouse Subs. If you’re planning on eating here it’s not too bad, the food is good and the drink machine has a good amount of choices. But avoid lunch time and don’t bother placing an order over the phone/online.

First time ever visiting a firehouse subs. I like their business concept, and their sandwiches were pretty great. They have a lot of choices, and the deli chefs helped me narrow it down to a great choice. These guys are A+ in my book.

I have been there three times. Once the second week open. 15 mins to get take out order of one sandwich. Meat piled high and delicious. Second visit was 3rd week open. Same thing. 15 mins but delicious. 3rd visit at 6 weeks open it took 30 mins to get carry out order of 2 sandwiches. A large order had been called in from one of the plants and the guy carried out two shopping bags of sandwiches. When he left, the orders started hitting the floor. This tells me the manager had everyone on that one order, and left all the other patrons hanging. Totally unproffessional. Oh, and my sandwiches only had half the meat on them as when first opened. I will try them one more time to confirm my suspicions. If the meat is not stacked high like when first open, I will not return.

For a place to be this busy and not have it together blows my mind. I was in line much longer than expected, nobody knows where the line starts and ends because some people are in line over towards the bathroom and ordering and some people are in line the opposite way and ordering, but there’s only ONE cashier during rush lunch hour? It was a disaster ordering, my food(and many others as I saw) was wrong and the employees had this mentality of «uh, I can’t help you». I understand that you cannot help me, but please find me someone who can. My name was very similar to the person in front of me and the manager was snarky when I asked if she was asking for me or the person before me, as they had not received their food and I assumed it was theirs. Awful service. Food was mediocre. Hopefully they’ll get it together because I really like the firehouse subs near my house.

Decided to give it a try since it’s the new place in the block. I’m glad I did! The service was great and the food was too! It was a little packed when I arrived, which is expected from a new place, but they got us all taken care of fairly quickly. I definitely recommend this location and I will be going back again.
