Service was ok. I ordered pork chops and eggs. My pork chops were way over cooked I couldn’t bite them. And the manager just took $ 4 off my meal. The pork chips which are the bulk of the meal I couldn’t eat. Very unsatisfied.

This waiter sucks she said it was her second day on the job and she recommended this really bad Sprite strawberry vodka thing(we are underage) and the food literally took 1 and ½ hours to get here. They disrespected my vegetarian beliefs and charged me extra for hash browns. This iHop is the worst and the waitress should be fired. Her name is Brittany(spelt weird) please remove her from this restaurant.

Service can be hit or miss at some IHOP’s, but recently when we came in they were spot on. The waitresses are attentive to your needs and I saw them working across sections and helping out customers in general. Nothing fancy here, but you always have a great selection of choices for early breakfast or even a late night breakfast; the rest of menu covers pretty much everything you would want from an IHOP.

The food and service were OK. My wife’s spinach mushroom omelette was terrific. But the pancakes on the side were tough and rubbery. My chicken and waffles was school lunch quality. For just plain food, why not go anywhere else?

We come here to eat once in a while. Sometimes service is great, and sometimes it’s horrible. We were seated promptly when we arrived. Ten minutes later no one bothered to come to our table so we left. And the place wasn’t even busy at all. We came back a few months later and the service was better. Food is okay. I always get the breakfast sampler which is worth the money.

This location is in a nice area that is convenient to anyone making the run from Beaumont to Port Arthur. It’s a «modern» IHOP building and can seat quite a few folks. The service here was good, given that they were slammed. The food was good, consistent IHOP, so that was nice. Lastly, the place was clean. Some IHOPS don’t keep the floors and booths clean in the rushes, but this place does well.

Food was great. Service left to be desired. Asked for fries but gave hash browns. Then the waitress took the whole plate to get fries. :(

This IHOP is easily located across the mall and shares the block where Walmart and Jack in the Box sit. It is always well lit, clean most of the times as well as the restroom facilities. Service is like rolling the dice with maybe only 2 bad sides. Most of the time I have gotten good service but a few times I’d wish I would have just settled down to the neighboring conglomerate of other eateries immediately near by. I’ll always be a returning patron though. I had the pleasure of enjoying their free pan cakes on the«free pan cakes» campaign and they were not old or pre made. If you do a search for IHOP, Google shows that there is one a few miles from there but do not waste your time, this is the real McCoy.

Remember what the IHOP stands for. Pancakes… Stick with them and maybe some eggs and bacon or sausage and you can’t go wrong. Decent service but a little pricey. If you like pancakes this is the place to go.

Oh Crêpe this place is good! And not everything is syrup sticky like you’d imagine. Clean, good service, good food and always open. A win win for breakfast lovers!

First off I have no idea where everyone is getting these low ratings from. This place is more than satisfying. The service is good, the food is great, and price is pretty reasonable. I don’t like the parking… or that the waitresses aren’t attractive. Granted I only go when the graveyard shift is on deck… have some hooters girls working round the clock at this place and you got yourself 5 stars, IHOP.

Rudest manager I think I’ve ever seen at a restaurant — IHOP in Port Arthur, TX. Told her I would let people know. Bacon they brought was almost raw and one pancake had uncooked batter in it. Requested bacon to be cooked more & came back burnt & cold. Requested again, came back burnt & hot. Tried to tell mgr they had a problem in kitchen so she decided to get defensive and argue about it. Her answer repeatedly to everything was«I gave you your money back»(~$ 1.50). She was rude and disgusting. Besides this, the service was very slow and the place was smelly. No more IHOP in Port Arthur! UPDATE: 2IHOP reps have called me and they are going to followup to straighten things out. They were very professional and appreciated the feedback.

IHOP. That’s what it is. IHOP. Pancakes, eggs, lunch/dinner items same as allll the other ones. This location is over 6 year old and it’s showing it’s age a little; I get a grubby feeling sometimes being here. Wait times can be long on the weekend mornings-lunch as you might expect.
