The service is horrible. Don’t bother, unless it’s at a obviously slow time of the day. The food isn’t bad but unless the service gets better I won’t be going back.

Would give it zero stars if I was allowed too. This place used to be awesome several years ago. Went last night and all we ordered were Apps for our meal. A California flat bread, a Triple Dipper with original chicken crispers, cheese curds and boneless chicken wings, as well as an order of Onion rings. Took over 25 minutes to get our order, everything was ice cold except for the Chicken crispers. I could see if this was during a rush hour time, but there were only 3 tables in use when we were there. They also had part of the restaurant closed off. This should have told us something. The Manager comped our meal and tried to box it up for us, we were like we do not want it period! Was the worst meal ever. We will NOT be back again. Time mismanagement was definitely there in the kitchen department. Went to Popeye’s and had a great meal instead!

Why do we even try
We love Chili’s… BUT OUR LOCAL CHILIS ALWAYS HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE… we just keep hoping they will hire a manager and turn this thing around… not sure how they stay open with so many restaurants with competent managers within a mile

Absolutely terrible service. I only ordered appetizers while I watched the game and they got the order completely wrong, not to mention they were out of 4 of the appetizers i wanted. The most disgusting part of the entire experience was having to watch the male manager massage a waitress while EVERYONE else played grab ass in the kitchen. Disgusting to see sexual harassment at the workplace right in ur face.

Horrible service and way too many uncleaned tables. 20 minute wait to sit not because of too many customers but waited for a cleaned table. Once seated, we left after 25 minutes of sitting there without even having a drink order taken. Ridiculous

Dined there this past Saturday with my best friends kids. Service was sub par, as most Chiles are. I’ve come to expect little from most locations, but for a quick cheap meal, it remains a go to. We had two orders of their standard hamburger, and an appetizer order of mozzarella sticks. These «new gourmet style burgers» chile is trying are garbage. It was bland, and boring. Their old burgers is why I used to go there. Worst part is, all three of us were vomiting that night and the next day. It seems we all got food poising, yay. The kids had to be sent home from school. Steer clear people. Theres several restaurants within walking distance.

Sundays outting to Chilis was pleasant. The restaurant was clean and had a nice crowd without being too loud or over crowded. Or waitres was prompt and cheerful. We did have some difficulty with table set up. With service for 7, 3 of the meals were served other than as ordered our listed on the menu. The food was good and served in a timely manner.

It’s a Chili’s and honestly it was not too bad for this area…
Too many times chain-style or other types of places here get a bad rep real fast for poor service and quality. I am not sure if it is due to the staff, the busyness of the place, or customers attitudes that causes the bad experiences, but Chili’s did well for us.
It has been a long time since I came to a Chili’s (about a year or so) and I liked the variety and changed menu.
Amy was a great waitress and she did her best to make sure our glasses were never empty.
Overall, I will give them another try if I am traveling through again. The Southwestern choices were good and it seems that the management has the staff trained to get it right.

I’ve always like Chili’s and have frequented many locations. That being said, this location is right at average. The waitstaff was super busy at the time so they get a pass on the slow drinks and food. Plus our waitress acknowledged that things were moving a bit slow. That was cool. As always, Chili’s serves some super food and we’ll probably return to this location again.

Things I like about Chili’s: Great Menu and consistent food wherever you are. (FYI, I love looking at menus and Chili’s has by far one of the best menu’s to peruse through.)
On the star scale whenever I walk into a Chili’s they are immediately at a 4; however this Chili’s loses 2 big stars because of the poor service.
I have been here several times and always had service issue. Whether it was incorrectly taking the order, taking forever to get drinks or even taking forever to be greeted, I have run into numerous mishaps in multiple times of the day.
I’ll be sure to update this review when I get some good service, but until then Chili’s gets a «Meh. I’ve experienced better.»
