Located inside the mall, this JC Penny has the tendency to get packed. This was definitely the case on my last trip a week or so before Christmas.
The store is laid out in the traditional big box, JC Penny design. They have a very large clothing section for Men, boys, girls and women. Prices are reasonable, and they always claim to have a sale going on. I think the sale is purely a marketing ploy, but either way, the prices seem fair.
The staff was friendly even with the onslaught of holiday shoppers.
I did like this store, but prefer the more modern stand alone stores not attached to a mall. It seemed that those types are easier to navigate.
