Easily the worst Sonic in the area by far. 8:45 pm on a Monday night. Ordered a Mini Brownie Batter MasterBlast, a Small Waffleberry Brownie MasterBlast, & a Regular Strawberry Lime Creamslush. Waited 17 min. I got a Small Brownie Batter MasterBlast, a Mini Waffleberry Master Blast with no brownie, & the Regular Strawberry Lime Creamslush with no spoons for the MasterBlasts. So let’s recap…17 min for 3 ice cream treats. 2 of them were wrong & didn’t have the utensils for us to eat them with. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the Sonic off 365 by the Hospital. Oddly enough, that’s the best one around.

This is absolutely the worst sonic ever. Not one person that works here knows what they are doing at all. This is one of the only food places by my work and I have been forced to eat here several times. I have had to leave and go back to work without lunch multiple times due to it taking so long. I have tried to call in my order and they don’t answer their phones. If you can avoid this sonic at all costs. It will do nothing but ruin your day.

Sadly the lowest rating I can give is 1 star. Went two days in s row. The first night I ordered and paid with a CC and waited 25 minutes later I had to order again before I got my food. The second night I waited 10 minutes after pushing button and finally asked a carhop who was walking by what was going on. She told me the manager turned everything off cause they got busy and stopped taking orders. There were a total of 4 cars three including mine. Worst service I have ever seen anywhere.
Do not waste time or money with these people.

Horrible service. Left sitting for five minutes while employees sit inside playing with phones. When I pull out to switch to the drive thru he starts hollering over the intercom at me and then comes to confront me about why I switched to the drive thru
