Excellent florist. I am very picky about the flowers I buy. Honestly, I have no complaints. Nothing but praise. Showed up 30 mins before closing for a custom order. The arrangement they made me was spectacular. The price was fair and reasonable. I will be using this florist again.

I live in Chicago & needed a Port Charlotte florist. Just called Gladrich to send my Mom get well flowers this morning and the florist, Julie, just sent me a beautiful picture via text of the final product– nice touch & beautiful bouquet! Also, very personable on phone («Hope your Mum gets to feeling better») I would highly recommend this florist!

So happy with Gladrich Florist Shoppe and their friendly, helpful service! I highly recommend and would certainly use them in the future! I initially went online to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. No one was able to deliver until NEXT WEEK! I searched for a local florist and found Gladrich — so glad I did. They were able to deliver the next day! YAY!

I spoke to Julie at Gladrich Florist Shoppe this morning. I wanted to send fresh cut lilacs to my mother for Mother’s Day. I had called 6 other florists in the area and two didn’t even know what I was asking for. I know these flowers are not native to Florida, but any reputable florist should at least recognize the name! Julie was so kind and helpful. Although she didn’t have any lilac or expect to get any, she called the wholesaler and was able to secure enough for a generous arrangement. I am so grateful that she took the time to address my needs. That is excellent customer care. I will follow up when the flowers are delivered.
