I have to admit that I don’t often get massages. Usually it’s through a groupon or living social or something like that… And when you get that massage, it’s clear that they give less than their best. That was not the case here. We bought the basic 60-​minute massage (later upgraded to deep tissue) and it was wonderful. I left relaxed and feeling like all the knots had been worked out. I highly recommend Caroline and only regret not stopping in sooner.

I would not recommend this place to anyone ! I went there a few months ago to get a balayage ombré hair color, so I made a consultation and they recommended me to Rhonda. I went in to see what she said about it and she said she could do it but she called them «peek-​a-​boo» highlights and that they were the same thing as balayage. Me not knowing much about hair, I believed her, so I made an appointment to come back. She started putting chunky highlights in my hair with foil all over my head except on the top, since they were peek-​a-​boo. I did not want that ! But she said that she would not let me walk out of the salon looking bad so I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Once I had the foils on my hair for quite a long time, she takes me to the washing bowl and literally starts ripping the foils out of my hair, and scrubbing my head so hard. I asked for a chocolate brown colored toner and she came out with an orange color, but I thought maybe that would change once it hit my hair… I was wrong. She starts to brush my fine, wet hair with a big bristle brush and then starts to blow dry my hair so roughly, my head was in pain. Once she finished cutting my hair, my highlights were orange … She thought it looked great ! She seemed so proud of herself and I didn’t have the decency to complain, so I bought this toning shampoo she recommended to use to get rid of the warm tones. I spent $ 170 dollars to have my hair botched. I am currently still trying to get rid of these awful highlights but it looks like I’m just going to have to wait for them to grow out. Very disappointed and I will not be going back there.

This is my first positive salon experience in Florida. I was very impressed with stylist, Amanda. She cut and highlighted my hair just the way I like it, gave me a deluxe mani/​pedi and encouraged me to get a free (heavenly) ten minute complimentary massage. This is a one stop shop — very enjoyable! Thanks, Amanda!!!

First time at this salon and I am impressed. Very clean and professional. Alina, my stylist did a great job. She cut, colored and styled my hair exactly as I asked. (As many of you know, that doesn’t always happen!) I am very picky about my hair so getting exactly what I asked for was a real treat! Definitely going back for regular color & cut!
