As a newly married couple with little understanding of finances and being scared with our first large purpose — Jeffs Auto was the perfect place to buy our truck! The sales team never pushed us to spend a penny more than what we had saved up and were so excited with us on our first large purpose. I highly recommend it for car sales to anyone!

I if I could give less than one star I would. I had an agreed upon price and a handshake. I went home to get the cash. I came back and the salesman told me there was a problem. He said they were not making enough on the deal and he wanted me to give them another $ 1,000.00. My mistake was showing how much I wanted the jeep. If you can’t honor a handshake deal maybe you need to get into another line of work like con artist.

We’ve been taking our cars to Jeff’s for about two years now. We finally found a mechanic we can trust. They quoted us a price for a replacement part which I was okay with, after they did it, the bill was less and Jeff said he was able to get the part for a cheaper price. He didn’t have to tell me. And when the car dealership told me I needed new front and back brakes I took it to Jeff’s and they said I had at least another 10,000 miles left, and they were right. Honest, great customer service, reasonably priced!!!
