We stayed 15 days so I got to know everyone. We had a suite which saved us money by making it possible to eat an occasional meal in the room(table for 2). The couch made into a bed, but we never needed it. I would recommend a suite as the other rooms are small. It was convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. It was close to Punta Gorda and not too far from the beaches. The staff(front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen lady) make this hotel great! They went out of their way for you. The kitchen lady gave me a hug as I was leaving for the airport and wished me a safe trip. The food area is very clean and well stocked but the food is good, not great. I loved the pool, it was private and the chairs were clean and comfortable the pool towels were small but plentiful and restocked by the front desk. Also quite private back there. It was pet friendly, but I never smelled anything unpleasant and did not hear any animals(unless I was walking past a room). Linens were clean. The one laundry room was $ 2 for washer and $ 1 for dryer. The front desk has quarters, but they could use a change machine in the laundry. I bought laundry soap and dryer sheets at Dollar Tree since we were there for so long. The hotel is set back from the road and very quiet. They could use a big sign by the road we missed the turn-in the first time. I will be a return customer.

Very nice hotel though a bit off of I-75. Lots of food choices in the area. They also have a breakfast in the morning. Bed very nice, shower strong, good lighting, tv worked just fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing wrong with this place other than how far it was from the interstate.

This place is a Dump! Mold on A/C units and pool chairs. Pool area smells like sewage. ** DONOTSTAYHERE** Best thing is the Dale Evans restaurant across the street. Very good food!
