I hope the customer service here is better than the Cos Cob store. Counter help there is nasty, rude and spiteful.

Been eating here for years. These guys are always consistent, friendly and fast, so no complaints at all! Admittedly I order a lot of similar items(salads, pizza, sandwiches, etc.) but I have always enjoyed what they’ve made. I recommend it and am glad they deliver to Greenwich Ave!

The pizza was awesome. Thin crust with just the right ratio of cheese to crust to grease. This pizza ranks right up there with the best that I have ever eaten. I will definitely be getting this pizza delivered again.

This place is delish… My firm ordered from this place and when I tell you I had the BEST Chicken Caesar Salad EVER… omg! Although, delivery took a little long(as it was lunch time) It was well worth the wait.

The pizza is perfect. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken pizza. If you enjoy salads and vegetables try the generation salad. Everyone is always very nice and the service is quick. I definitely recommend this place.

Every time we order Arcuri’s they are so nice, completely customer focused and the food is always excellent. Friday evening(March 20) during the snowstorm the Arcuri’s driver, Oscar, could not get to our condo due to an accident on the road. He called us to say he would be a few minutes late as he had to leave his car and walk. We went outside to look for him and there was Oscar trudging through the snow to make the delivery. When we said how amazed we were, Oscar beamed and exclaimed«my pleasure». The food is fantastic — pizza, hamburgers, chicken parm, everything and the service is five star! Please try them — best neighborhood food, value, and customer service. Molly

First time ordering from here. Usually go to franks. Guy told me 45 mins to an hour. Pizza finally shows an hour and 20 minutes later. COLD!!! The driver tells my husband I know I’m sorry I got lost. I call the pizza shop back and guy tells me to wait another hour to get a new pizza and he’ll pick up old one! I’m pregnant and hungry u think I’m waiting another hour!!! NEver again will I use this restaurant.

This place is known for their good pizza & that was no lie. Had a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. Both were very good. Staff was friendly and the restaurant itself is very nice. I’d come back.

The service is fantastic and personable the guy at the counter is one of the owners he always greets people with a smile the pies are good I had the buffalo slice it was fantastic and a generous portion with lots of chicken and cheese oh and they aren’t kiddo nth about the salads being the best in town I had the Greek salad and the generations salad with grilled chicken wow not what you would expect of a pizza place salad would definitely go there again when I visit Portchester

The menu selection is huge! We got slices of fresh mozzarella and basil pizza and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked with a crispy crust all the way to the tip. Boyfriend also got the chicken rice soup, huge bowl with tons of flavor. Hit the spot on a cold day!
