Great Salvadoran food in Port Chester NY. Great menu choices, and the portion sizes were big! Very good ceviche and Salvadoran steak!

The services was very slow and the waitress were extremely rude. It’s unfortunate that bad service probably turn people away from pretty descent food. Is the food worth the terrible service probably not.

The food was very good, I would be more than happy to return. The waitress didn’t speak a single word of English including«diet coke», so it was nice that another lady jumped in to correct or order which was necessary. I would take this into consideration if the place was very busy. The atmosphere could use improvement: two different TVs going, one full volume and music. And it’s mainly lit by neon lights. If you can get over that you’ll be very happy with the food.

Haven’t ventured too far into this menu, but the pupusas are consistently good and the maduros don’t disappoint. Most of the waitresses don’t speak English, so you may have to do some pointing to get your order across!

Went here for the lunch special(M-F 12−3PM). The place was pretty empty and the service fairly slow. Like the other reviews service is slow. Not sure what the others were referring about not being the«type» of customer but I noticed that everyone was not serviced quickly. Food from the buffet was warm and flavorful. Other than rice and fried yucca the dishes were pretty much protein plus sauce plus starch(potato) with some veggies for good measure.

This place is OK, service took forever. The juice they make is honestly horrible. Asked for a lemonade and got a weird tasting water. Don’t ask for orange juice either because they make it there and it’s horrible as well. Went to rinconcita salvadoreña down the street, won’t come back here

Fan of authentic pupusa, so have now stopped here 2x’s. Both times with my wife. The first time the food was good, but it took forever to get served. Seemed like everyone else around us got served first. Why is that? Returned on Sat nite as its adjacent to new Capitol Theater. Was in a hurry, and we recalled that we had stopped in a year earlier. Also recalled the long wait for sketchy reasons. So we sat down, with the place mostly empty… and waited. And waited. 10 minutes in, no one had asked us for drink or food order? Now, why ISTHAT?! So we left, and won’t return. There are 100’s of great food spots in this area, so no need to come back to a place that seems to have an issue with a certain type of clientele. Took our business to Los Gemelos, which was fantastic.
