Excellent customer service and craftsmanship! I had a project I was working on, a chess board for my dad, and I needed a special frame for it. He worked with me quite a bit on the best way to make it happen considering price and quality and the ridiculously short time frame I requested it be done in due to Christmas coming up. He did an amazing job, and got it done so quickly! He didn’t just give my chess board a frame, he turned it into a unique finely crafted keepsake. I am very grateful for his help and will definitely go back with all of my framing needs!

I am very pleased that I came here. Benito was in the middle of moving locations from down the street and was still an excellent businessman. His recommendations helped me narrow down the endless options of matting/​double matting/​framing combinations in a matter of minutes. Not having any experience with having art framed, this was tremendously helpful. And the final product is outstanding. Everything he explained of using the matting and frame to focus your attention to certain aspects of the picture and the combination he suggested for mine was spot on. I went in just wanting to frame the painting and left liking it even more.

Bad workmanship and bad customer service!!! The guy did a horrible job on a piece for us and when we pointed it how things were crooked and not done properly he took it back to fix it and never said anything like «Oh sorry I’ll make it right» nothing just stared at us. After he «fixed» it my husband went to pick up the frame and he had the balls to charge us another 40.00. My husband paid it and left. I would have never paid it but I think he was so taken aback he just wanted it to be over. This place was much better before they sold to the guy who has no customer service skills.

Custom Time Frames are by far the most professional and highest quality framers I have ever used. I had my first painting reframed in 2010, and since then I have been completely loyal. They are prompt, and they are reasonable. Highest possible recommendation possible!!!
