Jamba Juice

I prefer coming to this Jamba Juice instead of the one off Esplanade Drive. Business is pretty steady.
The staff is always friendly and fast. The tables and floors are always clean. Added bonus: There is always available parking nearby.

Anywhere there is a Jamba, I’m going to find it. This location is a bit out of the way and off the beaten path but if you’re in the Oxnard and Port Hueneme area, there aren’t too many choices for smoothies, yet alone a Jamba. The service is friendly and nice and the smoothie was good — the piña colada in particular.

Clean place and my drink came up pretty quick. I got a free boost for signing up in their rewards program. Staff was friendly when I got up to the register. Over all no complaints. Happy to be in n out in a few mins with my drinks :)

I ordered a fresh squeezed juice and waited for 15 minutes. A lady that ordered after me, got her order 1^st. She had ordered 4 Smoothies. I could understand if they were all the same kind but they used 4 different blenders and were all different colors.
The girls that were working, wore more concern about talking about the party they had attended, then making my drink.
For $ 6 for a Juice and 15 Minute wait, I wouldn’t bother with this place.

The service is so slow here it drives me nuts I always think twice before coming here they average 10 minutes for a small smoothie hire more people!

Sweet employees. Great service. Asked them for a hang over cure and 11.50 $ and ten min later I’m feeling pretty peachy.

Way too slow, the end product isn’t very good and the workers are obnoxious or just not with it. If you can go to another Jamba Juice or juice place (there are a few nearby), you should!

Came here two days in a row for their recent buy one get one free deal. I’ve been reading about excellent customer service here from previous Unilocal reviews, but didn’t see it much when I was in the store. Didn’t receive the welcoming «Welcome to Jamba Juice!» when we entered and overall didn’t get the welcoming demeanor as I have experienced with other locations. Not to say that the staff isn’t friendly. we were greeted when we walked up to the register. Also, I liked that they had free samples on the counter of one of their green juices.
On our 2^nd visit, the staff was accommodating when my boyfriend wanted to order the Chocolate Gummy from their «Secret Menu». I don’t think they have made it before because the girl asked if we had the recipe. He showed her the recipe on his phone, she copied it, and it was gladly made. I had a taste of it and I have to say. it wasn’t my cup of tea, but it did taste like a chocolate covered gummy bear.
Overall, this location is a-​okay and I’d come here whenever I’m in the mood for Jamba Juice or they’re having one of their BOGO deals.

When we (fam, friends, and I) arrived. We ordered from the menu. I saw some new items. One in particular caught my attention. I ordered it, but when I received it, to my taste it was not what I was looking for. I made a face gesture-​reaction, not willingly of course. The guys there saw it and asked if it not what I expected. I answers «no» he gladly asked me to choose something different, hesitant I did. I was extremely happy with my choice and grateful or their service especially because I was not prepared to waste a few bucks on what would have ended in the trash. :)

This is a small store with a very tiny selection of pastries and baked goods. Good place to get a fruit smoothie, though, which is of course their speciality.
I’ve been going to another Jamba Juice and was surprised they weren’t asking if I wanted a boost. This location did — the young woman behind the counter was friendly and upbeat and also asked if I was a reward member. She explained how easy it was to become one, and she did ask me if I wanted a boost in my drink. The other location had made me wonder if they weren’t doing that anymore.
Anyway, my drink was blended decently, though there were three pieces of frozen fruit that I could not fit in to my straw and that kept getting stuck against it. Service was also very fast, with my order ready within minutes. I would recommend this location if you’re in the area and don’t mind a few lumps in your smoothie.

Got a smoothie from here yesterday. The girl at the register was very friendly and helpful. I told her I was on a «no meat» fast and she asked me if I wanted a smoothie as a meal replacement. I told her yes and she recommended the whole foods boost smoothie. Very good!

I love this place! I come every week sometimes twice a week! Usually VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. This last visit 03÷23÷14 was probably the worst experience I’ve had here the young lady (Latrice) who took my order was very rude seemed miserable and was rude to the other employee! In front of customers! But I can’t give you bad stars cause of one miserable employee. My smoothie was amazing and the girl who made them was super friendly! You guys should really hire people who love their jobs and know what true customer service is!

Nothing is wrong with the location, staff or product. The one star rating is due to the MENU board. It is extremely high up and the fonts are small. Everything is so condensed making it to frustrating to decide what you want. Each flavor/​name has a description of all the fruit each contained but people in line behind you start shuffling & sighing loud enough so that you hear. The employee at the counter did nothing to offer assistance though. Maybe recomend a flavor depending on the type of fruit you may like. All in all, JAMBA JUICE: change the MENU boards back because in the words of SWEETY BROWN… «ain’t nobody got time fa that»!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly at this particular location in Port Hueneme. I liked that they suggested different flavors and also helped us with the «new» name of the smoothie that used to be my fav: the Protein Berry Pazzaz, which is now the Protein Berry Workout. I guess the adjective «workout» sounds healthier. I love it with the soy protein, which makes it really smooth and creamy.

Who writes about Jamba Juice? That would be me! This location actually treats you like you’re at a restaurant! They were naturally friendly and went out of their way to help us many times. One employee came around the register to take my 3-year-old’s order, another employee brought us our order, and another held the door open for us when we left. That’s what it takes to earn 5 stars!

Friendly employees, clean store, usually there isn’t very much of a wait. Their smoothies are great and well made. I also love it when they have samples out (which is every 1 out of 3 times I visit). ;)

Big fan!

I’ve been coming here for some time now and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. It’s never too crowded so my drink is up in a minute. The only drink that I didn’t really care for was the one with acai berry in it. I usually do the blueberry/​banana or macha stuff. I like creamy & sweet…
Staff have always been pleasant and quick. I don’t know how the «energy» shot really works because I could never tell… but then I drink a lot of coffee…
I’m a fan of Jamba!
