Jack in the Box

Ordered drive thru after a night out with my friends. Food itself was great until we looked in our bag and saw BABY ROACHES running around. Never… Ever ever again! To top it off we tried to call them to let them know what we found and no one answered our call.

I waited forever to write this review and I’m here weekly for almost a year and waited for so many second chances with this place but my order is always wrong which I mean it’s fast food so I can look past that but I’ve grown so tired of this locations employees attitudes, specifically this one lady named Jessica, She slammed the window in our face tonight and told me when I asked her not to be rude to us that «she wasn’t talking to me» Unprofessional. Worst jack in the box in Ventura county.

I was staying across the street at America’s Best Value Inn, so I decided to stop here for breakfast. I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich meal with orange juice. The sandwich was very good and the hash brown was cooked thoroughly. The service was efficient and friendly. The dining room was clean and the layout is attractive. Overall, my visit was a positive one.
Only one gripe. I’m a former JIB shift leader, so I’m familiar with customer interaction. Lately, all JIBs (not just this one) have gotten to the point of asking too many questions. For this visit, I ordered the #26. The cashier asked me if I wanted the meal or the sandwich. Well, I want the meal of course because the #26 is the meal, just like the #1 is the meal, the #3 is the meal and so on. It is never the sandwich by itself, which was how we conducted our JIB restaurant during my employment there (not this location, but elsewhere). It’s a minor thing and doesn’t factor into my star rating for this restaurant. Overall, JIB has some of the best fast food hamburgers around.

So we ordered through the drive through, talk about being disappointed! They shorted us a hamburger and when I tried calling to explain to the woman answering the phone was not very nice and was rude. She would not transfer me to a manager and put me on hold until I decided to hang up… Not going there again… Not worth even one star!

I think I just have bad luck with these fast food restaurants. I order food and things get mixed up or come up missing. Three stars because the place works fast on orders and it’s very clean.

I usually come here and get there Jumbo Jack or Sourdough Jack. I love that they serve Breakfast all day. Great customer service fast and friendly.

I’ve been waiting in the drive through for 25 minuets and it’s not moving. Thanks to trying to grab a quick dinner has now made me late for my 7:30 appointment with and investor. Never again! This place is always under staffed and gets food wrong all the time. Such a waste of space.

great workers, clean tables. Can get busy during lunch time but A great clean place TO ENJOY JUNK FOOD

I wish there was a negative set of stars. This place was just horrible. Disrespectful manager, either she can’t speak or just lazy as Hell. Gets my order wrong Twice and gives such an attitude about it. And who takes 30 minutes to redo a 3 item order? Even the staff appeared incredibly miserable, I wonder why.
Never had an experience like this, and yes, I know it’s a fast food joint but come on.
It was a huge waste of my time, so please save yours.

Always seems they are «out» of milkshake stuff at the end of the night. How convenient.
