I only gave it 3stars because the lobster roll, while full of claw and leg meat, had absolutely no dressing… the lobster sat on a lettuce leaf on a dry roll, the lobster meat wasn’t dressed either. I didn’t notice this til I got home so l made a horseradish cocktail. the lobster was good, but for 17.99 I don’t want to have to make my own sandwich.

This is my favorite panera. It’s clean and they pay close attention to when to put the new coffee out. The orders are consistently right and staff is friendly. Amy who works here is absolutely amazing — «greets you with a good morning and have a great day»((panera employees are consistently quiet and not very sociable for some reason)). This is also the biggest panera location I’ve seen in Suffolk.

My hometown Panera Bread! I saw on Unilocal I didn’t write a review about this location. I mean, it’s a chain that’s true but with any Panera bread, there is *UNLIMITED* coffee. UNLIMITED… You could stay here all day and drink java but then who would feed my dogs? Panera Bread has just that, they make cookies, breads and bagels. This is from their website: Our bakers work each and every day, hand-shaping and scoring the dough to bring you freshly baked bread every morning and throughout the day. Now that my Unilocal friends is just responsible. Who wants to eat a mass produced bread that’s trucked in? Make it and sell it at the same location! I also have to add about their free wi-fi. I’ll come in every once in a while for lunch. I do like coming here on Saturday morning, connecting to wi-fi and having a Hazelnut coffee with a krinkle cookie. They don’t make it every year, a krinkle cookie is a chocolate Christmas time seasonal cookie. My favorite! Plenty of parking in the front and out back. Also, download the rewards app!

There’s always a long line here so I pretty much only order through rapid pick up. This particular location have messed up my order more than once, both times the managers were apologetic and offered a free meal next visit or a free sweet treat, it’s still quite annoying and disappointing bc I usually don’t open my bag until I get to work don’t have the time to turn around. Staff are pretty friendly and even though I’ve never eaten inside it does seem pretty clean.

Panera deserves 5 stars because of its delicious food — fresh amazing salads, excellent variety of soups, pastries and more… BUT I’m giving this specific port Jeff sta location 5 stars because of their helpfulness. Last night was Chick Fil As Grand Opening preparation campout next door. I really wanted to go to it because the first 100 people through the door at Chick Fil A got one years supply of Chick Fil A food. But I knew the camping out had begun early that morning and I figured the 100 people were already in place. Rather than driving from Nesconset to Pt Jeff for nothing, after google map street viewing Chick Fil A and seeing panera next door I called & Alexander answered. I asked him to look out the window and tell me if there were alot of people already camping out there. He said No! There only looked like a few tents set up! So I raced down there, spent the night & ended up going from #103 to –thanks to some people who gave up & went home — #93, so I got my food. Thanks Alexander.

Panera is awesome. After a long, tiring, day at a soccer tournament I was famished. So when I walked into panera, I made the right choice! I ordered the kids mac and cheese which came out very fast but was still really good! Although I believe that they could have given me some more mac and cheese, i was satisfied with my choice to visit panera.

Panera Bread never fails! Love sitting by the window, having the soup and sandwich while getting some work done. The staff is very friendly and gives great suggestions. Only compliant is that there needs to be a little more cleaning. Sometimes most of the tables are covered in crumbs.

Place does have good food. But it’s very pricey. A lunch alone for two people for sandwiches, can be $ 30 alone. Paying $ 10 plus a sandwich isn’t worth it unless the bread was made out of gold. And I doubt the cold cuts are boars head which is the best.

Love Panera, I’m obsessed. Love the pick 2 meals. Broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite and the warm fresh bread you get is always a treat. We always get extra for the car ride home. However I’m not a fan of the rewards program. It goes by visits, not by dollar amount spent. I think they should do amount & give rewards based on that. Otherwise love this place.

Always great quality food but can be very over crowded and hard to find seating. The red velvet cupcakes, frontega chicken panini and lemonade are my absolute favorite and a must have.

My beloved Panera Bread! The soup brings me back everytime! And the grilled cheese! The bread is always fresh and delightful. I frequent here to get out of my house when I need to get homework done and use the free Wi-Fi. The staff is usually teenagers but they’re friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome. This location is usually very clean. Sometimes it can get a little loud, but that’s when the family crowds come in the evening. I do have to say I’m not a fan of the new dinner rolls. I prefer the baguette we usually get when you order soup. Next time I’ll turn down the dinner roll. The size is very large and there is room to be reserved for large crowds. There’s plenty of parking space and the service is quick and easy. Although this is a chain restaurant, I have no problems with Panera bread!

Visited it yesterday. Pick 2, the salad was a great hit, so many shrimps. The smoked turkey sandwich was good.

I visited this location on a Weekday morning. Great service, standard quality food, TONS of seating and working Wifi! Woo Negative: Some of the tables were already dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. While I was there someone wiped some tables and picked up trash, however it still wasn’t all clean. I’ll probably return here because there is so much seating and relatively quiet– the music isn’t overwhelming/too loud.

***The Panera by which all other Paneras are judged*** Am I really giving a Panera 5 stars? This one is pretty awesome. –Size? It’s huge, always have a ton of seating. Substantially larger than the one by Smith Haven mall. –Clean? Yes, they do a great job with this. –Customer Service? Always well-staffed, never takes a long time to get your order in. –Parking? Never a problem, have extra space in back if need be. –Bonus: Wendy’s is all but a 20 second walk away. And in typical Panera-style they have people come to take away your dirty plates instead of push for you to leave if they see your computer plugged in on a table saturated with books. Such a large staff makes the food a bit more expensive than what I would ideally hope for, but no complaints since this restaurant/café is run well and very clean. Basically the only downside is the internet can be spotty at times depending on usage. Fortunately, there are a couple other networks with public access so it usually isn’t a problem. Bottom Line: I’ve been to quite a few Panera’s and this is the best. Nice place for a meal, chat or to get work done.

I have eaten at this location quite a few times since it is right up the road from the building I work in. Their food is good because they’re Panera but after today I felt the need to leave them a review because they need some management changes there. We have had their catering manager take care of lunch for meetings before and never seemed to have a problem. This morning however I needed to place an order over the phone for 20 lunches. I called in at 10:00 and spoke to Emma. She was great, took my order, read it back to me and there was only one correction but she gets an A for effort. I told her I would be there at 12:00 to pick it up. She said they would have it ready. That’s when the wheels fell off. I showed up at 12:00 and it was not ready. Two girls rushed around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get the remainder of the order together. Why wasn’t it ready & waiting? I know how dead it is in there after the breakfast crowd and before the lunch crowd. So now the manager, Jessica, is pacing back and forth watching and doing a whole lot of nothing. And now it’s the lunch rush. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to finish getting my order(that should have been ready) together. After waiting(I stood and watched) they went to help me carry it out to the car, which was very nice of them. However I opted to check the orders to make sure I got the right things. As I am checking them in, every single«chicken Caesar sandwich» is a «chicken Caesar salad». I know the girl that took my order, wrote it up correctly because she read it all back to me. Whoever read the receipt made the wrong things… probably due to rushing. So one of the girls took the salads and went and made me sandwiches and gave them to me. The manager didn’t apologize for the fact that it was not ready. She didn’t apologize when I had to come back over and hand over yet another salad and ask that a sandwich be made because it was wrong. Nothing. So I drive back to work, my lunch break now over because I ended up being there 45 minutes! I unpack everything and they charged me for 2 brownies that they did not give me. I don’t have a break left, so I can’t drive back and get them. I give the girls their money back and call up the location and ask for the manager. Manager Jessica gets on the phone and instead of saying she would refund me the $ 4 and change to my card, she argues with me and says, «I put the two brownies in a bag myself so I know it was there.» First of all, I just bought $ 200 worth of food. You really think that after wasting my lunch break I am going to come back and request a refund on 2 mother-loving brownies for $ 4 or $ 5? No. I said maybe you left them on the counter but I looked through every bag and they were not in with my order but she insisted. I was so busy checking on the real lunch food while I was there, I forgot to check for them. After knowing the aggravation I just went through a GOOD manager would have just refunded me without calling me a thief & liar. It wasn’t until she called me a liar that I complained about the wait and the incorrect orders, etc. and then and only then did she apologize. I think the best part of this is that I stood there and watched them pack my order and she didn’t lift a finger. I am so disgusted after this.

Stopped in after a late night at the office, and the lobster sandwich is back on the menu, this is what my hubby ordered, I usually go with a pick 2 combination. A bowl of soup is still good on a damp foggy spring night. When the lobster sandwich was ordered the very polite person at the register said«The lobster sandwich is $ 17. Okay?» I guess with the usual sandwich items being under 10 some people have sticker shock. They were out of Ciabatta bread, but is was late, and everyone knows fresh bread doesn’t happen after a few minutes in a microwave. Not a problem he told us what bread they did have. A good lobster salad with big meaty chunks of tender lobster, I can say it looked good and he enjoyed it… I didn’t get a taste.

I was so happy when this Panera opened. It is clean and the food is amazing. The you pick two is great if you can’t decide what you want. I usually get the chicken noodle soup with the mac and cheese but everything on the menu is great. Also, if you know you are going to be eating at Panera a lot you should sign up for the Panera card. It’s free and you get discounts and free treats. After the first two times I ate here I got a free cookie. The card is worth the 5 minutes to fill out the form.

Their steak chili, the New England clam chowder, and the Cranberry Orange smoothie are great. Good atmosphere and clean. The place is sometimes very busy, but we’ve always managed to find seating. It’s also right by the mall, so it’s convenient. Prices are a bit high, but I don’t mind it at all.
