The customer experience and quality we’ve experienced at Ecolin has been over the top amazing for years! The quality of my engagement ring is unlike any other. Frank is the more caring and knowledgeable jeweler I’ve ever met. They will forever be our only jeweler. Highly recommend.

This place is the worst! My mom went in to get her gold plated watch battery changed and the guy scratched the back up like a 3^rd grader writing their name with crayon on the wall. They apologized and said they could buff the scratches out and then buffed all the gold off. Next, the owner, Crooked Eric, said he would find a replacement and then took 6 months to tell her they could not find anything. Eric then took out cash that was well below the value of the watch and told my mom to leave (a difference of 700 dollars). He got all nasty and hostile towards her after we have gone there for years. Stay away from this chop shop of a jeweler as they love to play games and won’t take responsibility for what they have done wrong.

I dont really write reviews, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. I walk in and wait 15 min to have my ring resized, and am told it is too busy, come back in 20min or drive to St James to the other store. So I come back in 20min and it is STILL too busy and come back another day, but lo and behold, they are helping different customers (who walked in after me)! I was just confused and appalled. I bought my wedding bands here and other jewelry in the past. On the plus side, I went to their store in St James and they were extremely nice and helpful, resized my ring on the spot. On a weekend, I would probably go there.
