Park At Countryside

A Walk in the Park!
The Park at Countryside is a fairly small apartment complex in Port Orange that is right near the library and city center. I have some family that livves here currently, and I have to say that it is very quiet, although that probably has a lot to do with the residents.
The Good:
Golden Autumn Club: Most of the residents here are aged 50+, which I count as a good thing because you never really have to worry about noisy neighbors or the neighborhood pool being too crowded. Sure, you won’t be able to meet and greet new neighbors who are hip and groovy… but hey, a quiet neighbor sure beats a young one!
Walk to Shopping: If you don’t mind rocking your sneakers, there are several places within walking distance including a gamestop, pet store, and of course, a Super Wal-​Mart!
Discounts!: If you work at either Wal-​Mart or at a school, you get ceaper rent! Woo-​Hoo!
The Bad:
Mediocrity: As nice as this place is, there’s nothing really unique or interesting to make it a stand-​out apartment complex. Bascally everything about it is just «ok» which is good or most people. But if you’re looking for a high-​class place, this isn’t it.
The Park at Countryside is a very nice and quiet apartment complex. There’s not much going on, but if you need a nice tranquil place to hang your hat this place fits the bill very nicely!
