I gave it 1 star because I had to put a star to write a post. Went through the drive thru, and they forgot my sides and gave me no napkins. I had to circle back for the sides. Then I get home, and my husband (who loves KFC), unpacked everything only to find all the food is burnt. Hot wings were disgusting, no flavor at all, and hard as rocks. Several of the chicken tenders were as small as the popcorn chicken, oh, and either burnt or soggy. The mashed potatoes were runny, and the coleslaw tasted old. We’ve never been to a KFC that was soooo bad. The worst part — $ 35! Never again.

The employees are amazingly nice. And service is fast and great. The only reason for the four star is the building. They did some remodeling and bought new kitchenware that totally cramped the kitchen up, thus Making it difficult to keep the place clean and productive. The place just needs reorganizing and a larger space!

place needs a deep clean, on top of that the employees (at least the two out of three i saw) need to GREET customers. Food was not even appetizing, ordered a few items, and they were a little sad in quality.
I’d rather find another place to eat.

It is a great fast food restaurant! I have only ever used the drive thru but the service is always friendly and my order has always been correct. The food is as hot and as fresh as one would hope from a fast food establishment. The drive thru workers are very friendly and they don’t seem to mind answering any questions about the menu

Much improved is the best I can say. This used to be the worst KFC in 3 counties (quite an honor) due to the lack of cleanliness and poor service. I’m not sure if they have new management or if calling corporate headquarters repeatedly changed things (WHY did I keep eating here?!) but things seem to have finally improved to where I no longer tell my friends to boycott this location. Now it’s what KFC should always be: Fried chicken, clean restaurant and good service.
Just be sure to specify exactly that you want ketchup, sauces, napkins, butter, honey sauce, a spork etc. or you won’t get it.
So enjoy your KFC, as this is the only one in Port Orchard but keep an eye on the cleanliness and service and immediately report anything to corporate!
