A great place to store that extra stuff, helpful staff, clean storage. And in response to Lindsay J. I have been paying via credit as I have been on the other side of the country. They don’t keep our numbers on file, they process what ever card number you provide, so if they hit the wrong card, its because you provided them with the wrong number.
I’d recommend them to anyone

Staff is friendly enough but they cant seem to get it together. They offered me auto payments so it would be easier on myself yet for the past 3 months I have been notified that I’m late on my payment and they want to charge me an additional fee. As soon as I explain that to them they check the system and see that I am on auto pay and assure me that next month it will come out automatically and apologize for the inconvenience. I called a few months back to update my card information and yet they never save anything and each time they attempt to charge the old card. I’ve gone over this time and time again with the same woman and am fed up. Time to cancel and save myself from another headache.
Other than the service i’ve never had an issue with the storage unit itself.
