Miracle Ranch runs in the family. After my wife spent many years of her childhood attending the camp, our daughter is now in her second year. We love almost everything about how this camp is run. It’s an affordable, fun, and positive experience for children. The camp specifically focuses on horse riding. The kids can sign up for trail rides and lessons. There is a lake to swim in, sports to be played, a general store where drinks can be purchased, and everything else you’d expect from a good summer camp experience. The only negative thing I have to say about Miracle Ranch is that sometimes they don’t follow their own schedule very well. I’m sure this is partially due to the fact that 90% of the staff are teenagers with a few adults scattered about providing oversight. However, starting an event over thirty minutes late that you specifically invited families to stay an attend is a kind of annoying. That being said, I will not hesitate to continue sending my daughter back as long as she wants to go. My son is also super excited about attending their sister camp Island Lake next year when he is old enough. Look into this camp for an experience your kids are not likely to ever forget.

My fiancé and I attended a Real Life Real Impact retreat here in January and everything was awesome. The interns, staff and facilities are fantastic. Every need was attended to and everyone is extremely friendly. The cabins are comfortable, warm and clean. Please remember to bring your own towels! I had to dry off with my pillow case because I forgot that towels aren’t supplied. The grounds are beautiful, the lake looks great(25 degrees out — no swimming).

4.5 stars. Came here for a women’s retreat with ladies from my church( ) and stayed Friday — Sunday. Was really impressed by the beauty of the campgrounds, the tasty food, and just about everything else! We went on the paddle boats(fun), played pool, and visited the barn animals(including donkeys, ponies, and calves). I’d highly recommend this venue for your next retreat, family reunion, etc.
