New way vapors lounge and restaurant

Would not recommend this resteraunt to anyone. It took 45 minutes for me to get my meal. After all that time, the food was still poor quality, taste, and appearance. After my meal, I became instantly sick. To add insult to injury, the owner is extremely unprofessional, foul mouthed, and rude.

Tuesday morning I bought a battery from Newwayvapors I realized on Wednesday that I needed a new charger not the battery. (My charger was broke so the battery I bought never even turned on.) Friday morning I went to NWV to see if they would accept a return, fully aware there was a chance they would not. (I am in NO way upset that they wouldn’t accept my return.) I was told by the employee to hold on while he went to get someone else. The owner, Shane Mabry came out and was very unprofessional and rude. He told me if I want cheap to go shop at Wal-​Mart, amongst other things (I never once mentioned that anything was cheap, I asked for a return because I simply didn’t need the product). I left feeling insulted and all around upset because of the lack of respect displayed by the owner (Shane Mabry). I wrote this review again saying nothing about the refund or money because I don’t need the money back. I was more upset about how I was treated. After the comment above from Newwayvapors I felt again extremely disrespected. My boyfriend then called the store and spoke with Shane the owner who told nonstop lies about me. Shane told my boyfriend over the phone that I bought it over a week ago, that I needed the return for gas money and that I didn’t have a receipt when I tried returning it. Those are all lies. I’m blown away by how I’ve been treated by the owner Shane. I have never once lied about this business and I’ve been told to manage my money better, shop at Wal-​Mart, don’t buy things I can’t afford all by the OWNER of this store. I’m still in complete shock at how I was treated and how deformation of my character was portrayed over FB. I’ve also included a photo of my receipt showing that I did have a receipt and I haven’t even owned the battery a week. I’m also shocked that I was told to come into the store to get my money back in exchange for removing my review from his FB page. You’re a business owner and you want to have a good story to tell so that people can trust you and shop with you. This is not a good story. I’m disappointed that I was treated so disrespectfully and that things couldn’t have been handled better. I urge everyone considering shopping here to take your business somewhere else. — at Newwayvapors.

By for the worst i have ever seen. I left here mintes ago not one employee greeted me. All i needed was a bottle of vipor in 6 nic not like i needed the world. I walked around just to give the employee (actually 3 of them) time but still nothing. So on a last ditch i started flipping through the jucie book and look here another employee walks up but what still absolutely nothing. I will say this the lady that normally is the one i talk to was busy helping a customer. Last time i will be coming here.

Aside from the vape lounge being efficient and servicable the restaurant has alot lf good ideas but alot of bad ones too, every sandwhich ive had has been good but to make biscuits and gravy with smoked sausage is downright wrong. Service was good.
The patrons you have are less than savory, talks of illegal activity and rowdy, clearly overserved idiots acting like they own the place. Ownership really should evaluate the conpany his business keeps as a restaurateur I have to say your target audience is a direct reflection of you. Are you this trash ruining my good meal?

We come here for everything. We have been patrons of theirs for 3 years. They have the best selection of E-​juice around, great prices, military discounts, friendly staff, and that is just the Vape shop side!
The food is amazing! They have a little bit of everything. The wait staff is so amazing! We have not been disappointed in anything we have ordered. Now that they have their liquor license they are really just a great hangout. They are very kid friendly. If you happen to stop by say hi to Brent. He will be the little guy that makes sure your meal and your experience is a pleasurable one. :)

The restaurant serves the best burger and fries I’ve had on the peninsula. Fries are beer battered with Mac&Jack’s. Burger was perfectly prepared, and I devoured it. Great thick ranch dressing for dipping. Bun on burger was soft, but never got soggy; a definite bonus. Atmosphere is friendly, and inviting. Everytime I have been here, the owner Shane has been there. Complete confidence in him, and his business. the vape store has a 40 foot long wall of nothing but liquids. Just about anything you can think of for flavors. Also for sale are vaporizers in all shapes, sizes, and price. It’s a one stop shop for anyone who vapes. After shopping, do step in the lounge and grab a drink and some food. You will not be disappointed.

I went in today for the first time and had a great experience. I came in to buy a vape pen, the guy who helped me out was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also decided to grab something to eat and was very impressed. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was great. The baked beans were awesome as well. I plan on coming back soon.

My husband and myself are regulars. It’s like seeing family when we walk in the door. Always have new stuff to try and are super helpful. Our house is filled with high quality stuff from their shop. Can not rave enough about how awesome they are. The owner knows everything about anything in the vape world and he’s easy to talk to. He does not beat around the bush though! He’s very straight forward and if you bring in a juice that’s all chemicals, from another shop, he will tell you. We love going here and we call them our home vape shop haha did I also mention we travel 45 minutes just to go to their vape shop?! We don’t joke around. They are amazing. Highly recommend them. (:

Went in with a friend while visiting and we both were very impressed. Large flavor and product selection with good customer service. My friend had an issue with his mod and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice place.

Amazing food. Club sandwich and quesadilla are to die for! Also the garlic fries and onion appetizer is super good. Awesome service and staff. Feels like a home town hang out. Also a first class vape shop. Pool tables and beer on tap. Love this place!

Came here a couple weeks ago for the first time and was very hesitant because it was new. we went back today and right off the bat was suggested 2 juices that were spot on! Super friendly and give A+ service! Very knowledgeable with everything about vapes and juices. Always coming back here and suggest to all my friends!

5 Star Shop! I live very far and was cruising by on a birthday trip and the boyfriend and I decided to stop. these guys were very helpful & had a HUGE selection of juice flavors, my boyfriend and I both discovered Royal 13, Cottonmouth, and we are absolutely in love!!! The entire line from royal 13 is spot on. Also, the shop itself was big, the taste testing was open for you to just try by yourself, that was great. They serve beer and such as well!

New Way Vapors has made every visit a pleasurable one. Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable. I will and always recommend New Way to all my friends.

Ok this place got really good from my last review. Higher end mods, better juices, Very nice staff and they serve food and beer! Awesome place guys. Definately a legit vape shop.

I have been to quite a few vape shops around the country, and I am so happy that one like this is right around the corner from me.
Huge shop with plenty of selection for everybody’s style. From the massive wall of juice to the mods and tanks there’s a lot to choose from.
Great vibe and relaxing place to chill. Staff is more than helpful with making you feel comfortable and steering you in the right direction.
This has become my go to vape shop In Kitsap county!
