Paul’s Carpet Cleaning

We live in a split level house and wanted to have our main carpet areas cleaned. Upstairs was a high traffic area with several stains from soda/​drinks. The company came in sprayed the floor with cleaner and then used the machine to vacuum/​wash the carpets.
None of the spots were treated separately and apparently they looked fine when the cleaner left. By the time I arrived home (two hours later) the spots were showing.
Now, this may be because the carpet «wicked» up the stain or it could be the way the carpet cleaner vacuumed the pile. The carpet was a series of triangles in the pile with each triangle going a different direction.
I contacted the company. They said that my husband approved the job and that they wished they could «magically» fix our spots but, «we both know that won’t happen.»
Crappy job, crappy service. And, my husband was able to remove the spots! You know why? He’s magic!

We needed carpet repair to help us wrap up our home repair project, and we wanted the carpets cleaned too. Patricia was super helpful and responsive through email, which we totally appreciate because of our busy schedule. She ensured that all the steps and parts for the repair were lined up; she and Michael even took the time to find a bendable transition strip so we could restore the original curve where carpet meets vinyl at our front door. Michael did excellent work, and Doug was right there and ready for the steam clean as soon as the repair was complete. We are so grateful that the team did all this work in one day, we like their affordable pricing, and we especially appreciate everyone’s positive attitude and responsiveness to questions.
