The last owner killed the place. Her idea of a buffet was to make one pizza at a time per table. Shoved comment cards down our throat. Ruined what used to be one of the BEST places in town.

I used to like Pizza Factory for once a while Buffet, today I went there, it was a couple minutes before 2 mind you. it was a took about a minute for someone to decide who was going to serve us. I wanted to order a couple of Buffet, and there was still left over pizza on the table with plenty of Salad. When the employee, decided to take my order she look up the clock, and she said, oh it is 2pm to late for the Buffet. I said okay, I knew they had sandwiches, she asked me if I wanted anything else, I never got the chance to answer her, because when I looked up to order she left the counter without a word, and went to other customers. At one time this place used to be customer friendly, not anymore. I have been close to the cutoff time, and they have always accommodated me and my guest. To me if I had a business, and I can sell the left over stuff and put money in the register, is better than having a zero sell. that is right we left, and had sandwiches somewhere else. Once upon a time they had the buffet like six times or 7 times a week. Not everyone wants to buy a whole pizza for lunch. I guess they don’t like making money here. It did not look either that had a large selection of different Pizza’s like the last time I had good service and good food, granted it was some time ago. Today’s lack of service and customer satisfaction has left me with a do not try again taste in my mouth. I think I should have went to God fathers instead. I know the still give good service. At least for a buffet. Pizza factory, there are quite a number of Pizza outlets in Port Orchard, I predict there will be one less soon!

We used to go to their dinner buffets quite a bit. We decided to go try it out on a non-buffett day. 1) customer service not great– unfriendly and not helpful. Didn’t let us know if they had any specials going on. 2) Pizza prices were a bit outrageous for what we got. I wasn’t impressed with quality. 3) They no longer have all you can eat salad bar. You pay $ 5 and get a tiny bowl to go through ONE time. I’d suggest you cut the price for one trip. They don’t offer much more than lettuce and a few other things. Not worth $ 5. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Giving it 1 star because I have to. If I could give it a negative, I would. The new owner, Nora, who took over recently is rude and does not care about the community like the previous owner. We had a school takeover in November of last year and still have not been paid. I have visited several times and she told us we «were not a priority». It is always empty, but she keeps me waiting 20 minutes. Even the staff is unhappy, I have been told this by someone who is related to a staff member, and you can just see it when you go in. I wrote to corporate and got no response, so maybe this is a company-wide thing. It wasn’t like this with the previous owner. THISISSTEALINGFROMCHILDREN! Also, the AYCE starts at 5, but even during a takeover, nothing is out until nearly 5:30.

They have been advertising on their menu that they have fresh basil as a gourmet topping, and they charge extra. The fact of the matter is, is that they do not use fresh basil, they use dried basil flakes which are less flavorful and significantly less expensive than the fresh counterpart(yet they still charge the higher gourmet topping price) i have emailed them regarding it and all i get are excuses, and essentially the brush off. I feel they are being dishonest, and it makes me wonder what other ingredients the cheap out on yet charge extra for.

Yes, you got it, a pizza lunch buffet. Superior to the Godfather’s next door. Here’s why, it’s clean and the pizza is of superior quality, ditto for the salad bar. The Pizza is of the all American variety, good cheese and crust with all the traditional American favorites, pepperoni, Hawaiian, combination, etc. Another opportunity for unlimited calories at a sensible price. This is probably more of a place to fill an immediate hunger need versus a social lunch. You can go in with good intentions of sticking to the salad but it usually doesn’t end up that way.

I should have been concerned ordering from someplace that has«Factory» in the name. And boy was I right! This place delivers. That earns it a star. We did not eat in the restaurant and I doubt we ever will. The husband and I were pretty much just looking for a new place to order some pizza from. We started out with the cheesy garlic bread. It was essentially a small loaf(really 2 breadsticks worth) of bread with lots of cheese melted on top. I presume there was garlic butter or something in there, the taste of garlic was faint, and that was about it. Not impressive at all. Their wings(spicy) were quite greasy. At least they were pretty ample in size. We shared two mini pizzas. One was the Hungry Wolf or something. It had a lot of meat on it. And it was greasy. And one of the meats smelled exactly like the ham in a kids Lunchable meal. As a matter of fact, it looked like it was a piece of processed meat that maybe came out of a Lunchable. We also tried the chicken alfredo pizza. The chicken was plain tasting and there was barely any alfredo on the pizza. What alfredo sauce was on there was also lacking flavor and just bland. Overall, if you’re desperate and need somewhere that delivers, this will fulfill that need. It may be cheaper than some of the other chains that deliver in PO, but sadly, they provide a much better pizza! I’d avoid this place if at all possible.

I eat at Pizza Factory two, maybe three times per week. I have the buffet which seems a bargain at $ 7. Pizza, salad & soda. The pizza is quite good, excellent crust, good toppings, plenty of cheese, and the staff will likely take a request at the buffet fior the next pizza they make. Salad bar is fresh & well stocked with a nice assortment of items. good dressings, and sunflower seeds, etc to top it. I have reccomended to several friends & it seems most are now repeat customers. Try it I bet you like it. Ben Anson

Was not really blown away by this, but enjoyed it enough not to write it off. This place is seems to be pretty family friendly but even still has a small selection of beers on tap. Ordered some pizza named after the local sports team that I never pay attention to. Lucky it was decent if a little pricey. Heavy on the toppings but a the flavors still didn’t feel very complicated. Slightly on the pricey side. They seem to do a lot of take out orders. Here’s what made it weird though. You know that Christian music they play in the backround? Well… it’s not really my thing. I can deal with it though and I’m not reducing it’s rating because of that. it’s just that the 8 top table next to us decided to have one of the most awkward to overhear coversations about how all the sinners and godless heathens are going to straight to hell without ordering anything for the duration of the 45 minutes we were there. Ehhh… I don’t really know where I’m going with this. It was just weird and uncomfortable. So maybe I’m remembering this place slightly more negative than I should. It’s a decent pizza though you could certianly do worse in town.

Visited with my almost two-year old son a few weeks ago. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and was pleased that the cashier informed us an extra-large two-topping pizza was on special for a cheaper price, so we took the deal. Had the salad bar too. Salad bar was a pretty basic bar, but decent for a pizza place. Pizza took FOREVER to come to the table. You could see them making pizzas in the back and saw they had a lot of deliery and carryout orders to make(you could also see other employees folding pizza boxes in the party room), but it was still rough waiting. The small arcade entertained my son for a bit. When it came, the pizza was fairly good. Big slices. Thick crust. Sauce could’ve had a little more flavor. What I liked best… the restaurant was playing Christian music. It also seemed very much to be a family affair. Overall, not a bad place to try for dinner and it’s definitely family-friendly.

This Pizza Factory is in a very nice and new-looking building. The pizza at this particular PF location was a bit more greasy than the others in the chain. I don’t think it was patted down with paper towels like most of the other PF locations. The pizza was still good after we patted ours down. To give you an idea what the Pizza Factory pizzas are like, the dough rises nicely on the edges and tastes great. There are no added spices or anything in the dough. The cheese is 100% mozzarella and the toppings are fresh. The pepperonis are cut super thin, so they blend well in to the cheese. If you get a cheese only slice, the best way to describe it is that you get a nice pure mozzarella taste, as if you were eating string cheese. I believe the dough and cheese set the Pizza Factory apart from other pizzas. Just a heads-up, the prices are a bit higher than your traditional pizza places. This is true for all of the franchise locations. But, I think it’s well worth it!
