I love Spiros! Gotten take out 3x and eaten in once and no bad experience. don’t go expecting authentic or what you’re used to, just expect tasty, home cooked Italian and Greek themed food. The blond hostess doesn’t always have a smile on, but when she does is very friendly. I think she’s just busy and takes her job seriously. I’ll be honest, I was put off by her the first visit, but she was friendly the next time. I wasn’t always friendly when I was a manger, so I won’t hold that against them. So, we’ve gotten pizza, ravioli and lasagnas, as well as soups and salads. The lasagna is 2x as big and much better than Cosmos and is $ 2 less. Pizza was good, even though I prefer a thinner crust. Salads are ok, but I don’t go for salad. The soups are great! Though I don’t care for ones with vermicelli. The ravioli is great, try diff sauces each visit! They put a spice I won’t say, in their sauce that is floral and wonderful and unique. I thought is was saffron at first but it’s not. I really like it. The marinara is diff and more traditional like what you’d dip calamair or cheese sticks in, which I wish they’d carry(*wink wink*). The deserts are wonderful! The peanut butter pie is so rich it’s enough for two, but you’ll want your left overs and the carrot cake is great and filled with fruit and a nice amount of cream cheese frosting. I get the cheesecake too. The only thing I don’t like is the cheese bread. They just don’t taste like garlic bread or have the texture, imo. My brother loves it, but I think it tastes like goldfish crackers. I will continue to eat here while living in WA and will take guests here as well.

We love this for family dinners. Kid always eats her basic pasta with butter and cheese; parents get to go back and forth between quality pizza and pastas. Consistent quality of food, wine, and customer service. We always enjoy ourselves.

Our family has enjoyed pizza from every Spiro’s on the peninsula since they opened way back when. We love the House Special. Crust is tasty and unique, sauce neither too sour nor too spicy. We enjoy the side salad: simple romaine, fresh shredded mozzarella piled high & topped with black olives. Beers on tap always varied and local, but don’t tell my Grammy.

The food was average, the service was subpar — not a fan. Highly doubt that I will ever go back to Spiro’s. The waittress /cashier needs to learn how to slap a smile on her face and give good customer service. Good attitudes and a friendly smile, go a long way in the restaurant business.

This is our go to place for consistently good food and great service. They have delicious pizzas and pasta. Anything we’ve ever ordered there is yummy! They have deals of the day which usually always includes a vegetarian or vegan option. The hummus plate is a perfect appetizer but you don’t need to order one because the portions are SO filling. We get one and take half home for a snack later. They serve all sorts of great beers and we even occasionally take home a growler. You can tell that the servers genuinely like working there. It’s a nice comfortable atmosphere for families or couples. We love Spiro’s!

Every single thing I had was gross. Unpleasant tasting salad with that chemical taste that makes you wonder if they washed the lettuce, hard, dry, clearly packaged & reheated garlic bread from a grocery store’s frozen section, and browned butter & mizithra 1) drowning in melted butter(it does not need that much!) &2) clearly they cut the mizithra with other shredded cheeses like parmesan which is the completely wrong flavor. So very unhappy here!

Great pizza, and dinner salad. We love their hot pepperoni. If their prices weren’t so spendy we would go more often.

Come as much as I can. Great pizza, super yummy pasta. Very friendly staff, and family friendly atmosphere. Also have a section with a bar and the games on. Love their salads piled high with mozzarella cheese and olives.

When I was a kid, dining at Spiro’s was a weekly occurrence. I can still remember the taste of their house special pizza. Yum! I do enjoy their pizza, but what I really go there for, is their cheesecake. It is so good! Having lived on the East coast and having real NY style cheesecake I can say that Spiro’s is at the top of my list. The only thing that I wish is that they would bring back their chocolate cheesecake. They stopped making it about 7-ish years ago. Not sure why, but I do miss it. Imagine, a rich mousse like chocolate cheesecake with a beautiful sour cream top. Wow. Please bring it back!

We have been going here for years and it’s always great. It would be nicer if the restaurant was a bit cleaner sometimes, and maybe a carpet/redecoration could be in order, but when it comes to the food, it’s always really filling and great!

Went here for the first time on a Saturday night and loved the food, beer selection and prices. I had the calzone and it’s safe to say it was the best calzone I have ever had and the portion size was huge! Plus the service was the best I have ever had, considering we just moved here from California a week ago it definitely left a great impression on us for the town of port orchard. 10⁄10 will be returning in the very near future.

What a great place to have some fantastic food. I really enjoy the pizza but the pasta is equally amazing. It is a family owned restaurant and as soon as you walk in the door you become family. It is worth checking in and having some great food. You will not leave hungry. Tell them you are friends with Joey!!!

Best pizza around, however their prices have gotten so high and service is just not what it used to be, so we just don’t go anymore.

This is a cozy little spot with good pizza, I still miss Pinky’s in Walnut Creek Ca. But this hits the spot.

The best baked chicken alfredo. I am not a big pasta fan, but this place hit the spot. My son loves the hand made pizza. The rogfort dressing is the best.

It’s always disappointing ordering our pasta after growing up in New York. Because let’s be honest, I know my Italian food, and the pasta we had was blah and boring. No flavor and lukewarm and just overall not even appealing to save for the leftovers. The person behind the counter though, extremely friendly. We might try from here again, but skipping the pasta and ordering a pizza instead.

I’m updating my review with extra information I have received since my last visit: I returned to Spiros with a friend and ordered the roquefort again, with full confidence that there wouldn’t be a dressing mixup this time. But we got ranch again! A great ranch, I grant you, but I don’t go in there for Ranch. I go in for roquefort. This time I had an opportunity to speak to a [cook? owner? manager?] person in charge. She said that the recipe has been the same for decades, and wondered what would be different. We had an open, friendly dialogue, and I admitted to authoring my last review. She was still kind and friendly, and said she’d look into it. She came back later having discovered that the brand of cheese they put into the dressing has changed, which may have changed the balance of the ranch flaver vs cheesy flavor in the dressing. She is going to investigate changing the cheese to bring back the roquefort’s former glory. Even if they don’t find a perfect cheese, I’m impressed with the open dialogue, friendly customer service, and willingness to talk about it. Some other restaurants would take offense and/or react passive aggressively on your food. I respect Spiros even more now, for not denying the difference in taste that I am confident of.

My husband and I eat here often. We have never had anything bad and the service has always been really good! I would highly recommend any of the baked pastas if you don’t order one of the amazing pizzas!

There are two things that I don’t need to hear when I’m dining. I don’t need to hear my waitress tell the other people on the wait staff about the fact that she just can’t stop coughing, and I don’t need to hear the cook give his opinion about the establishment’s food after I have ordered. What the cook said exactly was that the pizza sucks. I had already ordered the pizza. It wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t the greatest. The food here is pretty good, but the entire place lacks consistency. They lack it to a point of it being almost impressive that they’re so inconsistent. My reviews of this place have been up and down(hence the inconsistency), but I reached my limit last night. So thank you, sick waitress and low self-esteemed cook, you have saved me money.

Drive thru after being away from PO for the last 10 years and wanted to see if Spiros was as great as we remembered and guess what? It was! Same staff we remembered and same fantastic menu! Love when some things don’t change. But we were glad to see they expanded their dining room, Friday nights used to get pretty crowded in there! Service was great. Our drinks never lacked in refills. Our pizza and sub came out quick and perfect. More importantly, just as we remembered it! If you’re in the area, you should eat here.
