Went it last night about 1030. Waited in the lobby for close to ten minutes and was not even acknowledged. During this time I witnessed the person making the food make two pizzas, then (while ignoring my existence) remove a trash bag from the garbage can. She returned to the make line immediately with the same gloves she took the trash out with. Piss poor service and terrible sanitary procedures.

Picked up the pizza with hot dogs when we went to the drive-​in. It was gross! Way too salty and the cheap hot dog made it even worse. It sounded like a good idea at the time.
The person that took the order was very nice and the pizza was ready for pick up at the time we were told.

We have never had any complaints about this place… No ooohs or aaaaahs but just mediocre pizza and what you would expect at any pizza joint: Three stars for average. We have ordered from these guys several times.

Worst customer service ever. Not sure if I called technical support line with the technician from India. Delivery service is horrible late. Management there is a joke.
Food doesn’t look like the picture. The one time I try a different pizza joint from the reliable Dominos pizza never again! Wish I could put negative stars! two hour wait and when I finally get my pizza they give me the wrong one! Call them to discuss the mistake and they tell me they’ll make me another one but it will be another 90 minute wait! Then the driver tells me they only have 1! Driver! And they are cutting hours! Dominos from now on!

Love the pizza but why can’t they answer their phone??? I made an online order and discovered after ordering that I had ordered a wrong ingredient on one of the pizzas. I immediately called and was put on hold for 20 minutes and never talked to an actual person. I finally hung up at the point that my pizza was supposed to be done. :~(

I’m really surprised by the lackluster reviews these guys have gotten. Yeah, ok, given it is a fast food pizza place and it tastes the same whether you’re in Port Orchard or Portland, Maine. But, we have ordered from them at least 3 times since moving here from the city and we have always been pleased.
The customer service on the phone has been incredibly pleasant. The food was always on time and piping hot. And the one time the driver forgot my soda, he rushed out to get it and was back before I could finish my first slice.
So, in my book, when it comes to curbing the grumblies when there is no food in the house, yeah, I’m a fan!

I find that there is nothing redeeming, or even worth a star rating at this location.
This pizza hut has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in a pizza place. I only do delivery for pizza, and they invariably state it will be 45 minutes. Usually it is more like an hour and a half.
The pizza its self is typical of fast food pizza. If you are looking for a New York style pie, this ain’t it.
I would suggest choosing another of the local pizza places, where even if the pizza is sub par, the customer service is much better!

It’s the standard fast food pizza. Good and cheap. It was ready at the time they said it would be. It’s only take out with no tables to sit and eat. It’s close to Walmart so you can order your pizza and go to Walmart for drinks, but you will still need a car to get to Walmart.

Horribly small take out only location, the place is always busy with the bussel of drivers headed in and out of the door; pizza is not very tasty anymore, and if you order a pan pizza, i suggest you use a sponge to sop up the oil from the top and crust… heavy man can ya dig it?
location is difficult to reverse in the parking lot and very hard to get in and out of.
staff more interested in getting the order out as fast as possible and forgetting about the customer at the counter.
