Not a bad pizza here when you’re nice to the servers. Asked for the military special that’s no longer offered on Monday’s, and was supplemented with a complementary refreshment out of the server’s wallet. What a great guy! Will be coming back hungry again soon.

Order made at 2:55pm. Order given at 3:25. 6 employees. Speed was amiss at this location. Also gave feedback to corporate via LittleCeasarsListensdotcom

The food is fresh. Hats only reason I’m giving it two stars. The way this place is run is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with at a little Caesars. It is NEVER hit and ready.

I have gone to about a half dozen little ceasars over last month getting thier box set and having the deep dish be Hawaiian and paying about 1.50 extra. Went in to this one and the supervisor first said little ceasars dosent do that, then he revised his statement saying this one cant. My feeling is he couldn’t be bothered to help me the customer out.

This probably the worst-run Little Caesar’s franchise I’ve ever seen. I know nothing about the franchisee but the looks of stress and tension on the faces on both customers and employees told me all I needed to know when I stopped by last night. The store was filled with customers with only two cashier stations opened. After I walked in one of the cashiers left to work on getting pizzas out. This meant just one cashier, a very young woman who was clearly a slow worker, was left alone to deal with everyone standing in line waiting to order. This was peak dinner rush time as evidenced by the string of order tickets clipped above the Hit-N-Ready food warmers. But, I saw only one woman working on making pizzas. I saw a very young man joking around way in the back. In the front there were two young men working on getting the occasional pizza off the oven conveyor belt, boxed up, and stuck in the warmers. One of them would gather orders together and call out a customer’s name. Again, I know nothing about the owner but their restaurant is clearly understaffed and because of this the owner – either deliberately or by neglect – is failing to honor the promise made on the Little Caesars website that customers don’t need to order online or call ahead for a Hot-N-Ready pizza. There’s supposed to be plenty available for immediate pick up during store business hours. You can see by the other reviews that this not the case in this store. I saw the warmer doors open several times and there were no more than 2 – 3 pizzas in each warmer. This, with front-of-store standing room only with customers, one woman making pizzas in the back, and one woman manning the front counter. When it was finally my turn to order – after about 10 minutes – I saw two elderly ladies sitting to my right. They both approached another young woman who had suddenly appeared behind the counter to complain that since they’d placed their order 11 people had picked up theirs. This young woman apparently was the manager on duty. But just as the spoke this one of the two young man boxing pizzas appeared with their order. So, I ask the young order-taker if there’s a Hot-N-Ready Deep Dish Pepperoni pizza ready that I can take now. She replied no, the wait time was 15 – 20 minutes. She saw the frustrated expression on my face and said, «Sorry, bro.» Sorry, bro? Who the hell trained this girl? You never call a customer«bro» because the customer is not one of your friends hanging out with you. Call me sir. I even let some female retail employees call me «hon». But never does any company employee have permission to call me «bro». This again points out how badly this place is run. It’s clearly making money hand over fist so the owner probably won’t change how the business is run. But when the corporate website promises Hot-N-Ready pizza it seems to me the franchisee should be contractually or morally bound to honor this, unless corporate doesn’t really care either. In any case, because of this and the poor training of at least one employee I won’t be back. There are way too many other pizza choices in town where I can call ahead and be sure my order will be ready for pickup by the time I arrive. And I won’t have to stand among a mob of people and wait for 10 minutes only to find out the pizza that I was guaranteed to be able to pick up Hot-N-Ready won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Besides, Little Caesars pizza was never that good anyway. I gave them this one try because I wanted a pizza fast and cheap. I can say after this experience that Little Caesars pizza is still cheap.

Pizza tastes ok, but hot and ready is false. It’s hot and ready in about 30 minutes even for basic pizzas. I’ll probably pass on this place. If I’m going to wait, I’ll find a better tasting pizza place. Employees are nice, most of the time.

Been to Little Caesars in many states… this one was by far the worst. Ordered your crazy bread that they had to make fresh for me. I drove home(5min) to a greasy mess. It was like they dumped a cup of butter on top. Pizza seemed like it sat in the warmer for a long time. On top of that it was sliced very poorly and very uneven.

I love your crazy bread the issue is it’s usually to far from where I live, now I was at Fred Meyer yesterday and decided I never get it so I’ll go and grab two bags while I lug my 4 ½ month old with ! I get to my car and hit the first bag they were great so good I was burning my fingers I was in heaven! Well I had to finish shopping so I drive down to Walmart and I go to get the next bag and this is why I never come to you guys, I open it and they are so dry rock hard it almost looks like someone just added a little extra butter or whatever on top to make them look better. I was pissed not only were they so bad I couldn’t bite into them I was mad that I would have to just not say anything because I didn’t want to have to drive back and get my sleeping child out of the car to do so! It’s already rare now that I go there with where I live but you now have forever lost a crazy bread customer! I don’t need anything free just wanted to voice how I feel! I work in food industry and you need to check everything before it’s handed to a guest especially if said guest is leaving with it ! It’s not right that it’s not a priority to see what you are giving guests but it’s a inconvenience for us to have to come back to show you what you did wrong ! I will never come back to you step up your game! Hot and Ready should still seem Fresh and Ready!

Cheap bread filled pizza. .. That is what I remember them for in the 80’s(and last time I tried them perhaps 10 years ago) Menu looks the same — awesome multiple bread stick /stuffed /bread options For a less expensive quick fill you up meal — not bad, will visit here once in a while
