Star Nails

I would give this business a minus 10… I had my nails done on Friday… a powder nail dip… which I have had many times at other Wonderful Nail salons in Port Orchard with no incidents.. they lasted at least 4-5 weeks… But not at STAR NAILS Saturday morning, the next day they were pealing the top coat… When I got back to town Sunday night STAR MAILS was closed… I called MARY THE OWNER once I got off work Monday…. Her response to me was : “I am sorry honey but you will have to pay for me to redo.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing as a business owner you would’ve thought she would’ve wanted to make it right but no all she wanted was the money. BAD BUSINESS MARY DOESNT BACK HER WORK!

My sister and I went in to get acrylic nails for my birthday and «HUNG» the lady who did my sisters nails, put them on crooked and didn’t even paint her nails high enough to cover the glue on acrylics. when I asked her to please fix them because they looked bad she told me no because it was too late and she had already put on the clear coat. I asked her to put a Silver Line on above the paint to cover the acrylic nail that was showing through. And she told me that it would cost extra. We are extremely unsatisfied with our service that we received and we will not be returning again. I was also handed off to two other workers while I was having my nails done.
I am only rating this as one star, because I have to rate this business as something.
Not all of the employees have business licenses posted on the wall.

Not the best service. Poor quality. had a shellac and usually last me about two weeks and this didn’t last one week. plus they put polish on my cuticles. not the most professional by any means. I won’t be back
